Works but not as good as previous oil.

5Removea all makeup with ease I use to use a high end one and this one just as good if notbetter I don't have problems with my eye stinging at all

Bring back the old one
1I don’t usually write reviews but feel I have to regarding this product. My eyes are streaming and stinging as I write this, my face is dry. I was a huge fan of the old oil, this is a very poor replacement, I would have given 0 stars if I could. Do not buy this, I’m wondering whether it’s safe to use after the effect it’s had on my eyes. Very disappointed.

Terrible!
1Now I’ve been using No7 for a while and it has only been recently I’ve started having a problem I’m not happy with this cleanser at all, it hurts my eyes so bad and it feels like it’s just pulled everything out my skin I’m now having to sit with a cold cloth on my face to try and calm it down Not pleased

Prefer the discontinued oil cleanser
1Don’t normally write reviews but so unhappy with this product, made my eyes sting and did nothing for my skin, please bring it back the old one it was much better!!!

Removes waterproof make up
4This is good for removing make up however don’t advise using on the eyes as mine have been streaming for hours after use, however could be using too much around that area

Absolute rubbish
1I have a suspicion that the old No.7 oil was discontinued because it was too good; you didn't need very much of it to melt all your make-up off and it left your skin feeling great, so you didn't have to buy it too often. This rubbish they've replaced it with is an entirely different story: you have to use several pumps to have any effect, and yet I'm still sitting here with panda eyes, my skin feeling rubbed raw from trying to get my makeup off my face. I won't be bothering with this rubbish again. Bring the old stuff back!

Bring back the old oil
1I ditto the reviews below. The old oil (the one in a clear plastic bottle) was thicker & did a much better job of removing makeup and nourishing skin. This oil feels watery & cheap. Boo! :(

Disappointing reformulation
1I’m extremely disappointed that the original cleansing oil has been shelved. This new “micellar” oil is a cheap imitation. More product needs to be used in order for makeup to be fully removed. Certainly more effort is required with this new oil. I noticed that I still had mascara residue even after rinsing. Not good. The new product does not feel as luxurious as the original. It also irritated my skin; resulting in pustules and redness. I hope No7 bring back the original cleansing oil. Why fix something ignorant it ain’t broke?!
