I'm a makeup artist and use this to take of the heaviest of grease paints / body paint and waterproof makeup. I love it. I use it every day. I really like that the formula turn into the milky consistency so it doesn't feel heavy and oily. The old formula was the best but this one was great too. It was also a great price. Please bring this back!

Great make up remover
I love this cleansing oil. It removes my make up completely (I am using EL double wear foundation) as a cotton wool with soaked in tonic which I am using after this is completely clean. I have roscea and it seems to be very gentle and gives me a soft skin without any irritation. Haven’t tried on eyes.

Effective cleansing
Great price for an effective cleanser. Takes off a full face of make up quickly and easily. Unfair that this was marked down as its changed from the old version; new version is great.

Hidden gem!
Well this is becoming one of my favourite ever products. I have oily/acne prone skin and thought putting more oil on my face would be the last thing I’d do. I put a few pumps on to a cotton pad and gently wipe my face. Makeup or no makeup, you can see the impurities it has lifted from your skin on the cotton pad. I remove it using another cotton pad soaked in warm water and it comes off so easily. Your skin feels so soft and refreshed afterwards - you’ll wanna touch it all day. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent!!!! can't believe only a few stars
I bought this cleansing oil and it leaves your skin feeling very soft it is not one bit oily when washed off.......It completely removes your make up!!!!!! It leaves your skin looking clean; I will be sticking with this one now as I've tried sooo many face washes and they do not remove make-up well this one does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Definitely worth 5 stars

Disappointed
This cleansing oil is not the same that I use to buy couple of years ago. It doesn’t wash off very well anymore. You need to use a foam cleanser after this cleansing oil to wash of make up leftovers.

Don’t buy
I have purchased this product and it is not like the old cleansing oil that boots use to do It smells like vicks vapour rub when you massage it into your face and makes your eyes smart please don’t waste your money on this product. Come on boots bring back the old style cleansing oil and stop trying to improve things that don’t need improving

It’s not as comfortable as the original, it doesn’t feel as luxurious and stings the eyes. Disappointing

Good but miss the old version
This is worth a review because I can't recommend highly enough the No7 range of cleansing oils. They are SO GOOD for removing makeup but beyond that I use this daily to get rid of the general grime and dust and it leaves my face feeling fresh. Just pop a bit of moisturiser on afterwards. I absolutely love it. Only thing is that I miss the old version which felt more glidey on my skin and didn't sting my eyes.
