Bring back the old oil
1I ditto the reviews below. The old oil (the one in a clear plastic bottle) was thicker & did a much better job of removing makeup and nourishing skin. This oil feels watery & cheap. Boo! :(

Disappointing reformulation
1I’m extremely disappointed that the original cleansing oil has been shelved. This new “micellar” oil is a cheap imitation. More product needs to be used in order for makeup to be fully removed. Certainly more effort is required with this new oil. I noticed that I still had mascara residue even after rinsing. Not good. The new product does not feel as luxurious as the original. It also irritated my skin; resulting in pustules and redness. I hope No7 bring back the original cleansing oil. Why fix something ignorant it ain’t broke?!

Poor substitute for original
1Very disappointed with this product The original foamed when water was added and gave a nice fresh clean feel to the skin - 2 or 3 pumps is not enough to cover face and neck so I was using nearly twice as much

5Takes all your make up off, even waterproof mascara and skin feels lovely and soft. Love this product!!
