To begin a subscription, you need to choose the service and frequency from the product pages on site. You can find this under the 'No7 Subscription Service' drop-down menu at the top of the page. Our Subscription Service is currently available on our most popular products. We are however constantly listening to feedback and this range may be extended.
Your payment card will be charged when the product is being delivered to you. The first charge for the first purchase usually occurs up to 1-2 days after you place your order. Subsequent charges are in line with the delivery frequency you selected and charged when the product is dispatched.
Yes, You will receive a dispatch confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched from our warehouse, along with any tracking information.
Yes, you can make changes to your subscription through the Account section:
• Update your delivery address
• Update your payment details
• Delay your next delivery date by up to two consecutive months
• Pause or Cancel your subscription
• Need more information? Call our Customer Service team on 0800 470 3240, Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 or Sat 09:00-16:00 and we'll be happy to assist. Call to this number will be charged at local rates only from mobiles and landlines.
You can delay your next subscription order in the Account section. You can delay your order a maximum of two consecutive months at a time; each delay lasts for 1 month and can only be done up to 5 days before your next billing date.
Delays can also be cancelled, but only up to 5 days before your next billing date. You can cancel a subscription up to midnight the day before your next billing date, which will result in both the subscription being cancelled and prevent you from receiving any future subscription deliveries.
Of course, but by choosing the No7 Subscription Service option, you can lock in savings and won't ever have to worry about running out of No7 products, as the product will be sent automatically at the frequency you requested. If you do however want to purchase products without signing up to a subscription, simply click “one time purchase” on the product page.
