Nice coverage
5Recently swapped to this foundation from another in the No7 range - the coverage is great and it feels light on my skin. My skin has improved since I started wearing it (I have a dry complexion) and I put this down to the moisturising factor. Really pleased.

Nice coverage
5I very much like this product. I have dry cheeks but oily t-zone.This foundation sits great on my cheeks and my nose looks no more oily then when I don't wear makeup which I'm happy about. As mattifying foundations make my nose more oily after a couple of hours. Coverage is natural but it does cover my red cheeks to a natural look or I can use this over my green colour corrector without the green coming through and gives me a more neutral look. I'm about to buy my second tube this weekend.

oxidizes like crazy and dries... a disappointment!
1I actually lived abroad and couldn't wait to get these on my next to trip to London. Well at first I thought this foundation was going to be great, like most reviewers said. It went on beautifully, Cool Ivory was maybe a tad too light and I thought I might eventually go back to try beige or something slightly darker... but within minutes, it turned darker and I had a light tan. As did the matching concealers, by the way - I had bought 3 shades, and upon application 1,5 was much too light, 2,5 was a bit too light and 4 just perfect....except 4 turned brownish within minutes. So I tested them all - the foundation and the concealers - on my arm and watched them turn brown within minutes. They literally go from being much too light to being brown. The fact that over the hours the foundation dried out, settled in lines, and eventually made me look older like heavy cakey foundations usually do to me is almost irrelevant, since the color oxidizes so badly I will never get to the drying point any more. I don't know if it's just my skin or these 4 specific products, but Cool Ivory foundation and the above mentioned concealer shades are a disaster and will land in the waste.

Excellent product
5I brought this as had run out of my ysl touché eclat foundation and wanted to try something lighter for the summer. Absolutley love it and highly recommend.

One of my favourites
5If you have dry skin I would highly recommend this foundation , it doesn’t feel heavy and didn’t settle into any fine lines or stick to any dry patches on my face. My skin felt hydrated and it gave my skin a luminous glow.

Lovely consistency. Easy to apply.
5I don't write many reviews but this is a great base: the consistency is lovely and it applies really well with fingers. The finish is natural looking and not at all greasy which is what I was worried about. There is no sparkle either; just a luminous finish. It covers well and I just need a touch of concealer for quite noticeable pigmentation. Way better than any other foundation I've used.

Best foundation I've found in years!
5Was pretty upset when Boots discontinued my favourite Time Delay BB, which in my opinion was better than any foundation. I've struggled to find a replacement and was sick of wasting £ on products that cost twice as much and aren't half as good. Going by the reviews the Hydraluminous seemed to be a 'Marmite' product, i.e. love it or hate it, so I was dubious but open-minded. However, it's the best foundation I've found in years! What suits one person might not suit another, but glad to say that after using this for a week, my skin is very happy. It looks fresh, blends well with my other products, doesn't accentuate my wrinkles / dry spots, and hasnt caused any breakouts as yet -touch wood! Coverage is medium and builds well. I usually use primer + BB but today I just slapped it on my bare skin to pop to the shops, and hours later it's still looking good. Love love love it, Boots are forgiven! :-)

Your skin looks amazing
5I bought this - because I had heard / read such wonderful reviews. It is perfect for my skin. Although medium coverage, it also works as a lighter coverage. You only need a litte. The finish is beautiful and gives a natural finish. I hate a mask look. I hadn't seen my sister for a while and she thought my skin looked great and asked what I was using. On top of that - the price is a fraction of many other foundations and performs better.

Amazing
5I bought this a few weeks ago and it is great, I have tried all the No7 foundations but this is the best. Stays on doesn’t run or smudge and such a lovely natural feeling!!

Poor shade range
1Was keen to give this a try, but since the darkest shade is deeply honey, I can only assume that it wasn't meant for people like myself with dark skin. Sad really
