Lovely light foundation with good coverage
5I brought this product last week and I am really impressed with the coverage and lightness of the product. I have previously used well know brands such as MAC but I was looking for something a bit lighter which didn’t clog my pores up. I have tried no7 before and last year tried the stay perfect foundation which didn’t suit my combination skin and literally slid off my face. I was colour matched last year in store to a completely different colour so I felt put off returning to try another foundation. I was colour matched again last week to an ivory shade which suited my skin tone better. I am really impressed with the hydra luminous foundation and my skin feels healthier after less than a weeks use. If you have combination skin and are not sure about trying this one I would definately give it a go!

Very disappointing
1Had high hopes for this new foundation but very very disappointed after trying it today for the first time. Have been using the No 7 Instant Radiance foundation for over a year now and loved it. Really great for my more mature skin, made it look radiant and youthful and gave me a really healthy glow. Was devastated to find out that Boots have discontinued the Instant Radiance and was told by a No 7 consultant that the Hydraluminous had replaced it. It is definitely no replacement. Like some of the other reviews, I found it more of a matte finish, not at all radiant and glowy and it looks like you have applied powder on top when you haven't. This in itself is ageing and in no way gives the same bright, youthful finish achieved with the Instant Radiance. The consistency is thicker and feels much heavier when applying. Really not impressed and will not be buying again.

Very hydrating
5Love love love this foundation. Best one no.7 has brought out! I always used beautifully matte as I like a fuller coverage but after trying this my mind has been changed! It’s very hydrating on the skin and actually lets my skin breathe. Isn’t glossy but gives you a radiant glow and lasts all day! Love it x

At last ...I found it!
5I bought this foundation this week and I LOVE IT! For years, I have been searching for a foundation that matched a foundation that I used to wear by L'Oreal called translucide foundation. This is it, No7 HydraLuminous foundation. Just wonderful! Gives a great moisturised, flawless skin look. Natural and dewy but with enough coverage. It is the type of foundation that you can build your coverage, if you so wish, by adding another layer. The colour is perfect too as the Boots assistant did a colour test on my skin. Please don't discontinue! For me, this is perfect!

Beautiful flawless finish
5I love the Calico shade in the No7 foundations but none of them have ever worked for me, until now. This is gorgeous, a really natural looking flawless finish. Perfect for through the day. Very impressed so far!

Wonderful foundation
5I only brought this a wekk ago & have worn it everyday since. I have mature skin that is usally dry but breaks out shiney every so often. This didnt sit in the laughter lines or look cakey, it is a medium coverage, and is just wonderful.

Amazing coverage
5I am so pleased with this foundation. It covers your skin so smoothly and gives you a radiant glow. It is the best foundation I have ever bought!

I love it, my skin is amazing
5I've been using this for a month now and it's really helped my skin, at first I was building the foundation up for coverage but now I just put a light layer on. It seems to have really helped with my acne scaring too! I've got combination skin and it doesn't make my skin oily at all. I'd heard good reviews from Sali Hughes so thought I'd give it a go and I never usually use No7 but I'm so impressed!

Not for me
2Been using this for about 5 weeks. Sits badly in my eye area and dries too quick. Also noticed it did not wash out of my foundation brush and had to throw it out as a fine film of grease remained. I have also now developed dry patches on my skin (this could be coincidence). Gone back to previous Stay Perfect.

A revelation.
5Heard good things about this foundation and seeing as I am getting older, I thought I would try an illuminating foundation. Had it colour matched etc and was happy. What was most pleasing was I had a compliment about my skin for the first time ever within 2 days of wearing it. I have oily skin and usually wear matte foundations which as your skin changes over time are not the most flattering. I feel I have hit jackpot with this one, not mattifying at all but gives a natural glow which I do use a small amount of powder with on my most oily areas of my face. This is reasonably priced and the colour match facility is a godsend. I will be repurchasing.
