Perfume smell
4Like this product but have been unable to contact company to verify if there is a perfume additive to the No7 face creams. Has a "sweet" smell and, even though I avoided the area around my eyes, it seems to make my eyes burn by the end of the day. Cannot find out what the ingredient is that has this "perfume odor"? Their website is not user friendly when you are trying to contact them for information.

Not worth the money
1I bought this product on the launch date the 3 for 2 deal the large tube. Thought it would be worth trying it out due to seeing the before and after photo's. Complete waste of money have not seen any difference at all.

Fantastic Product
5I have very sensitive skin and I had a rash across my neck from the clinique products that I had been using. Within 7 days of using this product day and night, the rash completely disappeared and my skin felt soft and smooth. I absolutely love this product and would highly recommend it.

Great product
4I bought this product for myself and my daughters. My daughter's haven't used it yet but I have. I am 72 and have noticed a difference in the eye and cheek area I will definitely buy more or have my daughter's if they don't hurry up and use theirs

Less than a good product and expensive!
1It's a pity that the write up, along with the incorrect grammar, did not do it justice. That along makes me decide not to go with it. It's strong, makes your skin go red and it's not good for sensitive skin!

Very disappointed boots.
2This will be my third tube and no improvement, I have spoken with the staff every time I have purchased this product and been advised to stay with it, I am using too little or I'm using to much. Sorry but not impressed with this product.

A wee word of caution.
2I felt confident in using No 7 as I have for some years found that No 7 has been safe for me to us. I started using this three weeks ago and found I had increasingly painful stinging blotches over my face and neck so have stopped using, much to the relief of my skin. However, I do suffer from allergies and excema so need to be very careful what I use on my skin. I am so sorry that this face cream is just not for me.

Not for me!!!
2Have used no 7 serum and face creams for many years without any problems I thought I'd give the Face & Neck Serum a try.... oh no after using it for a while my skin became very red and developed a raised rash across my neck. I have decided not to use anymore and will leave the other tube I have bought. Reverted back to the original no 7 serum and the raised scaly area is starting to go.

Delighted
5Have been using this product for four weeks now and have noticed a marked improvement on wrinkles round my mouth and also on my neck. I am 65 years old and I have very sensitive skin but have had no adverse reaction. It does flake a bit when you rub it in but I find if you brush over your face, with a big cosmetic brush, it removes any flakes. Will definitely buy again, even my husband has noticed a difference.
