Lovely serum
5I have been using this serum since it first appeared - and I love it! I use a very small amount, morning and evening, under the day and night Restore and Renew creams, and it makes my skin feel beautifully smooth. Great to have one tube of night and day, especially when travelling.

Overpowering Scent
1Immediately noticed this product was overly scented and on application it has made my skin red and itchy. Also seems waxy, if you touch your face, greasy flakes appear. Overall not for me and I will return this. Have always used Protect & Perfect in the past with no problem so will go back to this.

No visible difference
1I was convinced to buy the larger size as it is better value. I t has not made any difference to my uneven skin tone / age patches. My wrinkles have not decreased either. Have to be careful how much you use as my foundation does not go on smoothly afterwards.

Not for me this time
2I use a lot of No7 products and usually love them. However, I've used this for 6 weeks and it doesn't agree with my skin. I've been quite rashy/spotty since using it. Application feels lovely when rubbing into your face though. Shame as it wasn't cheap.

Big advertising
1Big disappointment, seemed to dry out my skin even more, persevered as some things take time , alas no improvement , so back to my basic cream, already looks more moist,

Very good Serum
5After reading many negative reviews on here I went into my local store and spoke to the consultants on counter, I was advised that this was the best serum for me, they explained that I only needed a pea sized amount morning and night, and to place it onto the skin rather than rubbing it in, then waiting for 5 minutes then applying my cream over the top! I have come to the conclusion that everyone moaning about it clearly isn't using it properly as I have had no issues at all and I have definitely noticed that my skin is less crepey on my neck! Will be back to purchase on the 3 for 2!

allergic reaction
1Have rated a 1 as it would not let me put any lower!! Have been using the number 7 serum for years. Was convinced to change to this in store. Wish I hadn't. Woke up the next morning with a very red and swollen face and neck had a rash, sunken eyes looked as if I has been in a boxing ring. Will be returning the product, stated good for sensitive skin, it is definitely not. My face is still not back to normal after 3 days so this has made me consider moving away from number 7 completely

A great product
5I took advantage of the 3x2 offer, although I didn't see results as quickly as it was advertised I have now smoother skin and less obvious wrinkles around my eyes, mouth and neck. I only use the serum at night and have been using it now for 3 months. You just need to be patient and constant.

This product pills and is awful.
1I too was suckered by the 3 for 2 deal at the airport and also the PR campaign and yet this is the WORST serum I have ever come across. It pills. If you put anything over the top of it it rubs into little rubber slithers, and this includes putting No7 Protect and Perfect Factor 50 sun cream.
