4Lovely smelling serum,glides on your skin beautifull,be careful near the eyes as it will sting,only used for 3 days so nothing to report yet as far as firming up the neck or face but I do also derma roll and demaroll ping tightens up your skin amazingly and I think or hope with the use of hi serum and the derma roller I hope to achieve better results long term ,expensive serum use sparingly but I will defiantly buy again if I see long term results so il give it at least 2 months to kick in

Firms, plumps and smooths
5This serum suits my sensitive skin. Sometimes I use it alone and sometimes with moisturiser and tinted moisturiser. I would not be without this serum as it makes a big difference to my overall look as my skin looks less lined and is smother.

Not for me
2I've only used this 3 times and my eyes were streaming afterwards. I shall stick to using it on my neck and see how that goes. I use NO7 moisturisers every day with no problem but not this.

Really Good Buy
5I really like this mutli action serum for face and neck especially as it is both a morning and night. serum. One item does all! The soft pink packaging is attractive and very easy to use. I found that I was able to dispense the right amount of serum required with no trouble at all. My skin feels better and I swear it is smoother and firmer already after only. 2 weeks use. I have had no rashes nor red blotches and will continue using this product. I would recommend it to others.

Even my husband noticed
5I was a bit sceptical about trying this as it seemed to claim to be a miracle serum able to restore older skin to youthfulness. I have just been diagnosed with diabetes and loosing weight was in order so feeling very fed up decided to give this a go. The first time of using I did not really notice any tingling or stinging, which you sometimes get with serums like this, and I must admit that my skin did feel lovely and soft. Feeling better in myself after loosing a few pound in weight I noticed that my face was getting thinner and the deep lines by my cheeks and mouth were disappearing!. I made sure that I used the serum as directed and after 10 days my husband looked up and said that my complexion was looking really good especially close up! Wow! I will continue to use this permanently as I really can see the difference. I thought that if I lost weight I would look haggard but not with this serum, hubby has promised to buy me more when I need it. Thank you Boots.

Not for me
3In a nutshell, it made my skin red and blotchy. It has a similar smell to No7 Lift and Illuminate serum but, nowhere near as strong. It did however have the same effect on my skin. I persevered for over a week to see if it would settle but, it didn't. Evidently there is something in these serums that my skin cannot tolerate.

No7 restore & renew face & neck multi action serum
3Not for me as it caused spots which I very rarely suffer from. Product didn't suit my skin at all and also didn't cover well... Very surprised as usually don't have any problems with the with No7 products...

Love this product
5This serum really makes a difference. If I don't use it at night I notice a difference in the morning!. I use night and morning after cleansing and before moisturising. Lovely texture and perfume. Easily absorbed and a little goes a long way, so not too expensive to use. Thank you Boots, I shall be using this product from now on. Also a good thing that one product does night and day.
