No visible difference to my skin
1For all the hype of this product, I have seen no visible difference to my skin whilst using this serum. A complete waste of money.

No7 restore & renew face & neck multi action serum
2I have used this since the launch and previously used the predecessor in the blue packaging. While I like the product for its smoothing effect I have two major issues: Firstly, the serum flakes off easily when I apply foundation on top. I have tried various foundation products - including my favorite No7 - applied in a variety of ways including cosmetic sponge, but it makes no difference. The serum still flakes off. Can look pretty horrible having sticky flakes hanging from the neck and jawline. Secondly, the serum's cookies-and-cream fragrance is completely over the top and clashes with my own favorite perfume. I really do not want to smell like a tub of icecream!

Bought the hype, bought the product. Why, oh why.
1Used my boots points on this as a cheer up treat as I am so down about my 50s something, post menopause neck. Yup. Those "stripes" I'd heard about have started. Aye well. It's guff ladies. Have used this morning and night with hope in my heart and there is not lone slightest bit of difference. Would have been better with a polo neck!

Quite impressed
4I read a report by one of the serum developers that it takes about 8 weeks to get the best effect. So when I bought it about 8 weeks ago I stuck with using it twice a day and do think that in the last few weeks there has been a significant improvement in my neck creping and mouth wrinkles. I am prone to sensitive skin but have had no problems with this product at all.

Why do I not learn.....
1I have used this every morning and night, along with matching eye, day cream and nights creams for over a month and it has not made the slightest difference.

Really works for me
5The advanced serum was not good for my skin. Got annoyed by always having to buy the small dual packs of the Restore & renew. Thought that this"new" serum would just be the same one in a bigger pack. It is much better and could see a difference within a few days of use.

Best one yet!
5I have just bought my second tube of this and I will not be without it. I am 48 and had started to notice my skin was getting quite dry and a bit loose. Since using this I have seen a huge improvement and think it's better than any of the expensive brands I have tried. I pretty much have changed to boots no 7 for all my skin care now.

1RUBBISH! Use daily for a month religiously day & night, no difference what's so ever.

Waste of Money
1Have been using this product for over a month, along with the Day Moisturiser. No visible difference whatsoever apart from blotchy skin and spots, which I have never suffered from!
