So very Disappointed:(
2I have recently been on holiday and bought this at Heathrow on the launch day on 3 for 2. Having used the the original P&P serum for about 5 years, I was excited to try the new serum, with the promise of a better decollage and a smoother looking face. The result after just a couple of days was a greasy face and neck and blotchy chin. As others have stated, the serum doesn't absorb properly and if you rub your face soon after applying, it goes into little tiny balls of dried serum, which leaves a residue resembling peeling skin after a suntan !!! I'm just so disappointed as I bought the large sizes and now they're just sitting in my dressing table drawer........What's gone wrong ?? Please respond as this doesn't look good for Boots

Absolutely delighted
5I switched to the Restore & Renew collection about six weeks ago on the recommendation of a friend, as my premium brand skincare was no longer cutting the mustard for my post menopausal skin. I was sceptical, but managed to get a good deal on the day & night moisturisers, serum and eye cream, thanks to the 3 for 2 deal and a money off voucher, so went for it. I have to say I am absolutely delighted with the results, after six weeks of use, my skin tone is more even, my skin looks plumper and wrinkles are definitely filling out. The collection is highly fragranced which I was a little concerned about as my skin is quite sensitive but I have had no reaction whatsoever and find the products to be very soothing on my skin.

Not for me
1I have used this serum for 2 weeks.....results, my skin is a mess with spots....as one who has never suffered from spots in her life, even as a teenager, this is quite distressing for me.....my skin is an absolute disaster....very disappointed

Surprised at results
5I have been using this for nearly 4 weeks, and I am amazed at the difference in my skin. It seems smoother and definately less wrinkles. I met my sister-in-law today, after 4 weeks, and she said I looked very refreshed. I hadn't told her I was using this serum. My make-up just glides on too, and I feel when I look in the mirror, it is someone different looking back at me

2This is silky smooth and glides on lovely, however when dry it then flakes off. Definitely not worth the cost

restore and renew
1I bought this product a month ago and have been using it both morning and evening and have to say i am quite disappointed as i expected something although i did not expect a miracle after all the reviews and the advise i got from the sales assistant about how wonderful it is i have to say it did absolutely nothing just a highly priced perfumed serum ,i would not mind paying even double the price if it worked such a shame as i was lead to believe it would .

Brilliant
5I've used multiple serums over the years. I've tried cheap brands to seriously expensive premium brands and this serum beats them all. I have a crease down the side of my nose. Within 2 weeks of using this cream it is barely visible. All my lines are much improved and I can see a big difference in the firmness of my neck. I've already bought a second tube as don't want to risk running out.

It works
5I had major surgery 8 months ago and the result was showing in my face and neck, I looked like I had aged 10years. As I am going on holiday in a few weeks I was not happy at how I looked. Then just under 3 weeks ago, I bought this and I am soooo very happy I did, friends and family have all remarked on how much better I look and it's down to this product. Well done Boots, you have saved my holiday. One drawback though, it is too expensive.

Very disappointing
1I read all the good reviews and thought I would give it a go. However I have found it to be a terrible waste of money. I have followed the instructions to the letter and there is no noticeable difference. Perhaps I am just too old for it. I have reasonably good skin for my age but this product has made no appreciable difference. Far too expensive for the results it produces. Maybe, if before, you had no skin care regime, you might see something. However, if you try to look after your skin normally, I think you may be disappointed, as I was. I will finish the tube, and, if something miraculous happens I will review again, but I don't hold out much hope.

Terrible disappointment
1I have been using this twice a day since the day it came out - about three weeks or so. First thing I disliked is the smell - reminds me of aging fish. Then it goes into little balls of residue just as someone else described, so is obviously not sinking into the skin well. The blurb says you will see a difference after a week, and improvement after two weeks. Well it has been three weeks, and it has not made the slightest difference. And the residue it leaves is just horrible. A complete waste of money - and I stupidly bought the large size. Awful stuff.
