Immediate difference
5Saw this featured in a newspaper article and thought I would try and have not been disappointed. The crepey lines on my neck have smoothed out and my skin feels much firmer after only a week. I will now be buying this and the rest of the range saving a fortune on my usual big brand products.

Pleased with the results
5I like this cream a lot and think it has eased the rather persistent wrinkles under my eyes. It absorbs into my skin quickly and feels light on my skin. I had been using the cream in the blue tube prior to this and think I will now upgrade to this one although I am not sure how it has been improved. I find the No 7 brand reliable and know my skin will not get irritated as I have found with some other creams.

Very dissapointed
1I have used protect & perfect serums since they first started and have progressed to the advanced and then intense advanced.Having recently turned 60 I decided to try the new restore & renew serum for face and neck but am disappointed the serum does not have the same feel as the p&p and does not sink into the skin but starts to rub off in in flakey bits after a short while.I will go back to the p&p serum.It is a shame boots does not have sample testers for customers to try first.Costly mistake for disappointed customers.

Dissapointing
1I thought I would move on from using protect and perfect but agree with other reviews. This serum does not absorb into my skin and leaves my face feeling sticky and heavy and despite making an extra effort to pat/rub in the serum it still just rubs off. I will be going back to using protect and perfect which I highly recommend

Love this product
5I bought it after I saw it advertised online/tv and gave it a go. It leaves my skin super soft and feeling replenished! Will definitely buy again.

Disappointed
1I have left a review for the serum and I will say the same for this. I have used the Protect & Perfect Intense eye cream for years and on my last visit to stock up I was persuaded to try this. I find the application of it drags my skin, which is not good for the eye area and the silky feel is not there. A costly mistake.

Not happy with the new version
1I have used No 7 Protect & Perfect Intense serum for years now and have always been happy with the silky feel it gave to my skin which made application of the day cream easy. However on my last visit to stock up I was persuaded to try this. I will not be buying it again as I find it nowhere near as smooth (in fact it seems to drag my skin) to apply it and the silky feel is less.

Very impressed
5Bought more in hope than expectation, but after 2 weeks, I'm actually very impressed with the results, so much so that I've since bought the Eye, Day & Night creams in the same range. Yes, there is a slight stinging sensation on application, but nothing too bad. I'm delighted by how much softer and smooth my skin feels, and my neck is also looking a lot less crepey despite significant weightloss.

drys to quick
3been using the blue serum for ages now loved it left your face feeling silky soft so was excited to try the new pink one. only a few days in but not impressed it drys almost the moment you apply it not giving you chance to rub it in so you end up using a lot more and at £28 for 30mls this isnt going to last long as for its promised results can not review as not noticed any as yet but think ill be going back to the blue once this rubs out unless i wake up looking 5yrs younger one morning lol

Overpowering scent
1Has an overpowering scent, despite the saleswoman telling me it was unscented. I applied it hours ago and it's still really strong. I'll be returning it. My advice: try in store before you buy.
