Irritates after a using for a while! Avoid!!
1I posted a positive review of this product (see bottom of review page) as I was happy with this product when using the first bottle - but if I could delete that I would!! After using for a few days I noticed that the skin around my eyes was starting to get itchy and my eyelids were prickly. After a few weeks it was driving me mad so I stopped using this product and switched to another - the itching went away. I had a bottle left of the No 7 product and started using it again a few days ago... and the itching/prickling returned with a vengeance! it’s going in the bin and I’m never using it again! AVOID!!!!!

Complete waste of money
1This product is absolutely awful. It only removes about 30% of your eye make-up and after scrubbing away for what seems like an eternity, you're left with panda eyes and half of your bottom eyelashes missing. Steer clear of this product, complete waste of money!!

1Awful stuff. Water takes eye make up off better than this stuff. not what i expected for the money.

Awful replacement of a classic
1For many years I have used the previous version, which seems to have been discontinued. That would require a shake to mix the fluids.This version is absolutely useless, it does not remove anything and instead I am rubbing my eyes with the cotton pads and it has caused irritation. The fluid soaks into the cotton pad like water and is of no use at all. I will not be buying again. Such a disappointment- please bring the previous formula back.

Doesn’t actually fully remove eye makeup
1I tried this as an alternative to my usual no.7 one (also in a blue bottle) which you had to shake up to mix up the oil and other part. That previous one was excellent at removing eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner. This one is rubbish. It does not remove eyeliner or mascara effectively, there’s still that awful smeared panda eye look after using it. I won’t be buying this again.

Gentle and effective
4I have very sensitive eyes and wear contact lenses. I’m always trying out different makeup removers and this is one of the better ones. It doesn’t sting or leave a resedue. I find that gently patting my closed eyelid then wiping downwards does the trick. I would have given it 5 stars but I have almost used a whole bottle in just a week and wish there was more in it so knocked a point off!!

pointless
1I bought this because I needed an eye make up remover and I had a £5 off voucher. I don't use mascara - just a khol eye pencil and the No 7 representative said this would be best for me. Although it doesn't sting and is unscented (both pluses), it can't even remove any of my eye make up. Even at £3.50 it's expensive because it doesn't do anything. I find myself having to rub away with it on a cotton pad to get it to remove even the faintest bit of eye pencil. Unfortunately I don't have my receipt because I would have returned it.

1Sad to say that this does not remove as well as the original version. Please bring it back.

Useless at removing make up
1I am so disappointed that a No7 product is so utterly useless. I expect better from the brand. I have used this to remove No7's own products - eyeliner, and sometimes mascara. I tend to put on my make up reasonably lightly, so there is not a lot for the remover to actually remove, but it continually fails to do its job. After 'removing' the make up before bed, I wake up with smudges under my eye, and try again. After a third try I can see the make up is still lingering there, and basically I don't feel cleansed at all. This is a waste of money, and I will revert to the Nivea Double Effect product which can be relied upon to work every time.

Perfect
5Been using this eye make up remover for years. Can recommend it to anybody. I still have the original container which had a pump and fortunately when they stopped providing a pump I keep the original container and transfer the contents of the one sold now into the original container with the pump.
