Really useless
1I used to have the clear dark blue liquid remover and it was brilliant.It removed eye make-up and didn't irritate my eyes. This just doesn't work . I have got 2_bottles out of sets and I'm going to have to bin then and get something else. Very surprised and disappointed with No7 . Not much research on this product . Do not waste your money

Might as well use water
1It’s terrible. I usually use the one with oil (which is excellent) but they were out of stock so I tried this oil free one. It doesn’t remove the eye makeup. Don’t buy it. Waste of money.

Smears eye make up without removing
1Boots has two eye make up removers and what the other does what it is supposed to ( i.e remove eye make up) this does not. Generally just smears your eye make up whilst removing about 25% of it. I use Boots mascara so it doesn’t Sven remove own brand products! I’m amazed this product is still on the shelves judging by other reviews.

Rubbish
1Rubbish!!!! Had to put my glasses on to double check that this was eye make up remover as thought I was using skin tonic by mistake. Absolute waste of money

Avoid!
1Came in a set must be this one. I usually use the one with the oil. Tried this one, does not remove my make up at all. Will be putting in bin as its useless, just smudges mascara everywhere. Needs to have different bottle than the other remover.

WORST EYE MAKEUP REMOVER EVER
1I bought this on the recommendation of a staff member in Boots, Clayton Square Liverpool. I was told it's gentle on the eyes and removes even waterproof makeup easily...I have tried it several times in several ways and it is TERRIBLE. A complete waste of money. It doesn't remove or lift makeup off of the face; it simply moves makeup around and makes a total mess. It may be sensitive, but that's only until you try to scrub your eyes to get any ounce of makeup off and nothing happens. If I could take it back and get my money back, I would....please...buy a different eye makeup remover!

A mistake
1I bought this by mistake as it looks very like the No 7 oily eye make up remover which I use to remove waterproof mascara (which is very good, by the way). The only difference is that it looks a bit cloudy. It does say oil-free clearly on the bottle, to be fair, and I should have taken more notice so I only have myself to blame! But I wish they had made the bottle a bit more distinguishable because I wasted my money. This most certainly does not remove waterproof mascara. I realised this in no time at all.I do, however, also have non-waterproof mascara so I tried it on that as well. Nope. Doesn't remove that either. As other reviewers have said, the only thing it removes is your eyelashes as you have to scrub so hard. Do they actually do product testing on this stuff?

Absolutely terrible!
1I have been using No7 eye make remover for years. The old formula would remove even waterproof mascara. This new formula doesn’t remove any mascara whatsoever!! What a waste of money!

1I asked if this would work with waterproof mascara and was told yes, however this was the worst remover I have ever used.
