Rubbish
1I have been using No7 eye makeup remover for years. This new version is absolutely rubbish. Please bring back the old version which actually works!!

Excellent results
5I have sensitive skin and am a contact lens wearer. I love this as although it’s gentle, it’s effective at removing my mascara and lash primer without scrubbing and doesn’t make my eyes sting or my skin smart. Will definitely buy again. 5 stars from me!

Useless :(
1I hate to have to leave a bad review but unfortunately all the other comments are true, it doesn’t work. No7 do some great products but this isn’t one of them.

Does NOT work!
1I bought 3 of these by mistake as I normally use the other No7 product. No matter how I tried I couldn't remove my eye make up with this product. It's useless and I'm stuck with the other two bottles.

Appallingly Ineffective
1This is actually less effective than water. I used a quarter of a bottle and 14 cotton wool pads and I still had black eyes from mascara and red rims from rubbing. The worst thing is, No7 put this in their Christmas set last Christmas and now I have 3 bottles of the useless stuff. I’ve always loved the traditional oil based No 7 eye make-up remover and I’m a huge fan of No7 but this product is dreadful.

Doesn't do anything!
1I've used the standard eye makeup remover for years which is good, and bought the oil free by mistake. It literally does nothing, my mascara didn't budge at all. My face wash was more effective! Awful and a total waste of money.

Eye makeup remover
1I brought this at Christmas for myself a gift set. This is totally rubbish doesn't even get waterproof eyeliner or long stay lipstick off . My daughter gave me some number 7 makeup remover called beautiful it's in a clear bottle with blue liquid and clear liquid it's great love it works wonders . Love it when you put it on your skin my skin feels so soft. Is this the one they have got rid of so bring it back and get rid of this rubbish.

disappointing
1Bought this to try as had previously used the No7 eye make-up remover you needed to shake to blend (2 blue liquid) which was quite good. This one is dreadful. Doesn't remove anything - leaves your mascara & eyeliner exactly as it was - on your eyes. Does remove eyeshadow after several goes(hence the one star). Wish I'd read the reviews before buying it as it would have saved me some money!

Rubbish
1This is awful. It just does not work and I actually made the skin around my eyes sore where I had to repeatedly rub in an attempt to remove mascara. I use No7 mascara so this isn’t even formulated to work on its own brand. Disappointed in you No7
