I agree with most revews
3Older foundation I absolutely loved giving a dewy look but didn’t sink into lines or leave a textured look. This new product is ok but feels more heavier on the skin and no longer leaves a creamy complexion

Change of packaging
1I bought this foundation after having my skin colour check in store. When I was ready to renew it It had changed packaging and when it arrived the colour which was same name wasn’t even the same colour it was lighter which was no good

Don't believe the bad reviews
5Bought this after a recommendation and I LOVE it , don't need to wear concealer with it, it's the only illuminating foundation iv found where I haven't had to set it with powder and it hasn't set sticky on my skin ☺

Awful foundation, waste of money!
1Awful foundation, Lady said i was warm beige. Under the store lighting tested my face and convinced me that the shade she recommended was my shade. When i got home and tried it on, in natural light it makes my skin look awful! And it's not my shade. This foundation is a waste of money, it doesn't do anything it claims to. Rather it makes you look like you have really bad skin.

Old formula was much better
2Please bring back the old formula of lift and luminate foundation - it was SO much better than your present one . Also the new dispenser is rubbish ! You can’t get the last of the product out and the tube breaks very easily . It’s also much heavier than the previous plastic one which could be used right up until the last drop . Please take note of all your customers comments and stop changing things that are popular !

Awful product, bad move Boots.
1I was surprised at Christmas to find my usual foundation had changed but the lady assured me it was the same but better. Oh how wrong she was. Now some would say i have been a little slow realising how bad this product was but I have blamed everything else until today. Firstly the colour is not the warm beige I used to use. Secondly, the coverage is awful, my nose looks blotchy like my elderly grans looked many years ago. I find every time I rub it in it peels off and leaves little balls on my face but thought it was my moisturiser which has also changed. The biggest thing however isn't it makes my eyes water constantly and I put this down to a new mascara at the same time. Process of illimination over the Easter holidays, no it's my foundation! Not worn it for 2 days eyes a lot better! Awful product and I am cross because now I have to look for a new one and I have spent a fortune on products trying to stop eyes watering when it was this foundation after all. boots bring back the old formula.

Love this !
5I have used the original Lift and Luminate foundation and I like this more ! The colour is slightly darker ( deeply ivory) but I like it ,the original was a bit chalky. The texture is excellent it really perfects the skin. I dont find that it sinks into wrinkles (I don't have many ) but smoothes over skin and unites it somehow.

New formula dull and dry
1The new formula is awful. I have used this for years and people often commented on my glowing skin. I loved the dewy finish but this makes my skin dry and dull (not lifting or luminating!) Have done some research into dewy finish foundations and now using Bourgois Healthy Mix which has a very similar finish to the original Lift & Luminate and only £9.99

Lift and luminate
1I've been using for years and then you changed the product and the packaging plus increased the price for a product that is inferior. The foundation is thick and no longer natural and looks like I've applied it with a palette knife. To add insult the dispenser keeps breaking so I couldn't even get my monies worth and finish the contents I'd overpaid for. No 7 have lost a customer where their foundation is concerned.

Bring back the old formula
1Have been happily using the previous formula for years and was disappointed it had been withdrawn. Tried this one and it's definitely not an improvement! The texture is different and sits more thickly and dully on the skin. Really don't like it and will have to look for another type of foundation. Why did you withdraw the other product?
