Fabulous. Lots of compliments
5I'm 66 years oldwith a normal/dry skin. I get compliments all the time from friends and complete strangers about my "lovely skin" since using Lift and Luminate foundation. Have tried more expensive foundations and NONE are a patch on this. Natural, light, doesn't cling to the creases, it's just fab. If I say so myself my skin looks fresh, I look years younger. I use Cool Ivory. Onto my third bottle as I just can't find a better foundation.

new formula rubbish
1Wouldn't use any thing else until boots messed about with the formula. Now absolute rubbish and a waste of money. Used to get lots of comments how good my skin looked when I used the previous version. It now feels a lot thicker, the colour looks different on my skin despite it being the same colour and yes I was colour matched which I do with every new bottle of foundation I buy. It has no staying power and only lasts for between 1 -2 hours. For the time being I'm using instant radiance foundation which isn't perfect but far superior to the new lift and luminate but will do until I can find something else. As a life long No 7 fan ( I have been using No 7 products for 40 years) I am extremely disappointed that you no longer have a foundation that is suitable for me.

New formula, Lift & Luminate foundation
1I PROUDLY represent No7 with true conviction- the best- above and beyond. I use the blue top. Constant sales based on my Gergous flawess dewy face. Cant wait to share perfection! New formula leaves me focusing on other No7 foundations, not as complementary for mature skin. Due diligence respectfully, I adore No7! I have 4 bottles of L&L blue top in my drawer. On line, No 7 blue top are fetching top dollar! Many women my age paying for this GLORIOUS No7 L&L are taken advantage of. And we will pay top dollar! This blue top L&L is self esteem in a special way. This blue top L&L should not have to be ransomed to the highest bidder. Although, if that's the only way....many (like me), gotta have this perfection. And that's that! Sincerely.

Poor
1What have you done to the foundation I used to purchase? When I called into boots and noticed this had changed I asked if this was the same and was assured it was even better than the lift and illuminate I normally bought. I’m sorry but this is now awful. It’s dry and dull where as the old one used to look and feel good on your skin. I’m stuck now not sure which one to swap to but I won’t be buying this again!!

Excellent foundation
5I've been using this foundation for five years and I love it the most perfect colour plus they have recently added a serum which makes it even better it looks fantastic on my skin and is a decent coverage ,I used to work for Estee Lauder so I've tried a lot of foundations and I think this is by far the best...!!!! My only grip is I wish it was 50ml instead of 30 ml but thank you no7 please don't ever stop this wonderful foundation .

Great foundation
5I love this foundation. I apply with no.7 foundation brush, then blend with the sponge. Goes on really well, coverage not heavy. Looks nice and natural

So very different
2I bought this when I had no choice - can't get my regular stuff anywhere. It is extremely thick and heavy and the difference in colour tones leaves a tide mark on the chin. Terrible.

Furious! It has been changed and is awful.
1I loved the original Lift and luminate so thought nothing of spending extra for an allegedly better version. Boy was I wrong! The texture is like cement and it wears off in patches after a couple of hours. The colour is completely different as well. I cannot use it so have wasted nearly 20 GBP on rubbish. I am truly astonished that no 7 thought it was ok to replace the old version with this rubbish.

Very annoyed
1I used to love this foundation but what has changed. First of all the packaging - it is impossible to see how much of the product you have used. This seems to be a great marketing ploy 'Boots' - But when I e-mailed customer services 3! times.They avoid my questions and just tell me they will pass the info onto 'packaging' who I might add do not involve themselves with the general public. The product has also changed and is not as 'glowing' as it used to be and feels tacky. I will be returning this product for a full refund and will never bother contacting customer services again.

Not loving this
1Liked the old formula much better. This seems to turn orange after a couple of hours. The new container does not allow me to see how much is left inside. Please return to old formula - it worked!
