Wonderful
I have looked for a foundation that didn't look too heavy as we are coming to the summer months thought I'd give this a go and see if it "does what it says on the tin " I was very pleasantly surprised...it went on my skin beautifully ...you only need a small amount as it goes along way ...my skin looked amazing which was lovely after a year in lock down feeling drab ...the cool ivory shade was an amazing match ...first time out and I had compliments from many people ...looking well ...looking glam etc ...so so pleased ...try it you won't be disappointed

Does the job
This foundation is actually not bad for the price tag and it does the job beautifully. It seems to last all day and if I am going out in the evening after work I just refresh with no7 press powder and I feel fabulous !!

Not for oily skin
This looks so lovely when it goes on and minimises my large pores! Unfortunately the lightest shade is too dark for me and within 2 hours I'm extremely oily even with a mattifying primer and powder. Such a shame because I love the way my skin looks initially

Wrong shade
This would have been perfect as a foundation for dry skin, but I got the wrong shade. I got cool vanilla was too dark, i don't tan or wear fake tan. I'm naturally pale and I love it, I'm normally an ivory or porcelain. I should have gotten a lighter one. I tested it on my hand and my left cheek. It's a thick foundation so little goes a long way, lightweight which I liked normally foundation is heavy or itchy but not this. I have more textured dry skin and it went on smoothly. Other then the wrong shade id recommend

Just what I was looking for
Bought this recently and worn it twice in the colour Calico. Applied lightly with a sponge it gives just the right level of coverage while still looking natural. Very pleased.

Won’t buy again
I have freckles and usually go for a full coverage . Some foundations are buildable. I found this foundation really greasy although the ‘serum’ gives it a away. This after about 3 hours had patchy skin and this after using setting powder. Took some time to dry. I’ll stick to matte foundation just wanted to try it

First time buying this
I usually stick to the same products but No7 had an offer on so I thought I'd give this foundation a try and I'm really glad I did. I am quite pale, so I bought Calico and it matches my skin perfect. It isn't a heavy foundation, I don't even feel like I've got it on and it last all day! I have been using it everyday and it doesn't look like it's gone down! Perfect for everyday wear, I would recommend this foundation.

Not what I was expecting
I was using this for a few months, really wanted to get the 'Lift and Luminate effect - but my skin looked duller instead. The one that brightens up my skin and even makes it look younger is the Intelligent Colour foundation, from this same brand. I'm 44 and this foundation didn't work at all for me.

Dull and Lifeless
I bought this last weekend as No.7 have an offer of buy one get one half price. Very disappointed with the finish, my skin looks like dry pastry, and the whole feel is heavy and dull. It’s exactly the opposite of illuminating and radiant. I applied it again the next day and decided to take it off and go with my previous foundation which gave my skin a glow. Boots, please fix this foundation as it’s not a good finish at all on the skin and it does not lift or luminate or radiate in any way.
