Instant radiance concealer
1this product hasnt improved, its too dark and thats the lightest shade, its to thick and shows up all fine lines, it doesnt hide dark circles it shows them up. Its to much like a foundation. I always purchase No7 as i love there products but i certainly wont be buying this again unless they bring the old eye concealer back. why replace a product if it does the job, the old concealer was light bright an a great product. Please bring it back.

Not again - please stop changing products!
1I have to agree with many other reviewers. I've used the no7 radiance concealer for a long time & bought this thinking it was just different packaging - Wrong! The shade has completely changed - much darker & yellower than previously. I'm really disappointed since I'm very pale & it's difficult to find a suitable shade of concealer - this used to be perfect. Now I'll have to start the search again. I know No7 will say this is all part of product improvement, but they've previously changed or discontinued a number of my favourite items which is annoying.

If it 'aint broke, don't fix it
1So WHY, WHY, WHY ??? have Boots changed this product. Popped into my local Boots to replace my concealer, only to be told that Boots had changed the colours to match their foundations!!! Maybe I am missing something here BUT a concealer is different to a foundation. If I am going to put the same colour as my foundation under my eyes I would just use my foundation and not pay out for another product. The whole point of the concealer is that it is lighter shade, illuminates and brightens the areas. I used to use the YSL touche eclat but changed to the Boots one a couple of years ago. I much preferred the Boots version. I loved the colours, application and product of the original one. I cannot use the new version the colours are all too dark and when I tested the lightest one (which didn't look that light at all) the formulation looked thicker and didn't look like it would blend. I don't use Boots foundations so matching it to their foundations is of no use to me. Like most women, my make up bag is full of products from different companies. I just do not understand what research, information Boots had to make them change this product. Anyway Boots if you are reading all the comments on here fingers crossed you will change this product back to the original version.

Gone and forgotten..
1I have used this concealer for absolutely years, it was the only Boots item I used, and even preferred it over a much more expensive similarity. Now the packaging has changed, for some crazy reason as it was doing fine as it was before, and the concealer has changed too, the colours are too dark, no where near the same as previously, it's also more matte so IOW completely different. It is no good at all for me anymore, so in my books it is discontinued.

Change is not always good.
1I have been using Shade II for years but I really don't understand why change something that was a brilliant product. The directions for this now is to use it over match made foundation but what if, like me you don't wear foundation???? I was match made as cool beige in store but after using the tester in store and the sales lady trying to convince me to buy the new version I declined. Sort it out Boots- the product was fine as it was.

Why change the shade?!
1After buying this product, I was extremely disappointed to discover how different the shades have changed. I have a very porcelain skin tone and many brands don't cater for me. I used to love this product in Shade 1, it was perfect for my skin tone and now its new shade 10, is way too dark and brown. It's such a shame as I used to buy almost all of my make up from No7, but over the years they have either discontinued or changed the shades of the products that I used.

Not as good as the old product
1Unfortunately I agree with the many reviewers on here, this is not at all the same product anymore, I used to buy the old version 002 religiously and loved it, but having bought the replacement, the colour is too dark and dull, nothing radiant about it! Like others I will not be buying it again and will have to try and find an alternative, which will doubtless be three times the price.

Why change this product when it was so good
1I have used this product for years around 8/9 years shade II and loved it, would never of thought about changing, it was good value, great coverage, great colour perfect match and made me always look fresh. Then Boots goes and changes the shades which is one of the worst things ever, I now have had to go else where for the same product but can not find the same shade or quality. I did purchase my match at No 7 shade 40, my husband asked me if I felt ok and was I poorly or tired! It was my concealer pen it made my bags darker, no coverage and dried the skin out. So boots please go back to the 3 shades and same texture, these new shades are NOT working!!!

Please bring back the old concealer!
1As so many others have said, this concealer is truly dreadful. It is not at all fit for purpose as all it actually does is to make the under eye area appear darker - the complete opposite of what it's supposed to do. It appears to have been designed to tone in with the Match Made Foundation, however I generally don't use foundation on a daily basis, so cannot comment on its use in that case. For me, it's usually a quick application of translucent face powder to take the shine away from the T-zone, some under eye concealer, a slick of mascara and I'm good to go with a basic natural look perfect for day time. With this concealer though, the natural look is replaced with orange panda eyes - not a pleasant sight! Please Boots, listen to your loyal customers and bring back the old product as well!

Disappointed!!
1I've used the old instant radiance concealer, in the rose colour I, for many years! I'm totally disappointed that there is no equivalent colour in the new colour range! I've tried 3 of the colours and not one is the same as the old colours!!! Totally cheesed off!! Bring the old colours back!!!
