Very disappointing
1I have used this serum for 1 month twice a day and it has not visibly improved my brown pigmentation patches from sun damage at all. I am not going to purchase it again as I have no confidence it will make a difference. I had hoped I had at last found something that would help so very disappointed.

Waste of money
1Bought 3 weeks ago perhaps this is too soon to see a difference! No change whatsoever in dark spots, no brightness in skin either. Very disappointed.

Disappointing
1Have been using this serum for a month now, morning and night. It was highly recommended at the Boots No 7 counter to lighten the dark patches that have recently appeared around my eye socket (presumably from sun damage). Unfortunately it has made no difference whatsoever. It’’s a very watery liquid that you need to give a good shake, poor consistency and the applicator doesn’t help to get out just a small amount, it’s like putting sticky water on your face so hard to target precisely where it’s needed. Useless, it just didn’t work at all for me. I imagine if it did work, you’d end up lightening a bigger area than needed. Expected more from Boots, very poor.

Disappointing
1I asked for a sample pot to try before I spent a lot of money on this product, I’m so pleased I did as I have been using it twice a day as directed for 3 weeks now and can see no change at all- very disappointing

Disappointing doesn’t stand up to its claims
1I’ve been using this product morning and night, as directed, since it’s release - not seen any difference if anything my dark spot area on my cheek is more pronounced as it seems to have made the rest of my skin around the area red too! Now that the product has been out a while I thought I’d check to see what other Reviews said and seems there are a lot of disappointed customers who’ve paid a lot for this serum just like me! Such a shame as I had such high hopes for this one! Is there a ‘money back’ on this product as it seems to me there are a lot of similar reviews? The credibility of this product is definitely in question.

No difference
1I have been using this product twice a day as instructed for over four weeks now and it has had no effect whatsoever. A complete waste of money.
