Waste of money
1Like so many other reviewers, I have been using this product for 1 month with absolutely no difference to my pigmentation mark whatsoever. I'm afraid this is another example of hype and that is why it is a 'top seller'. Save your money ladies! I would prefer to give this product zero stars.

Don’t waste your money!
1I have been using this product for 3 weeks. No change in my dark spots (hyperpigmentation) at all! in fact i think they look a little worse!! i had such high hopes for this product & was so excited to see the ‘clinically proven’ results. It is sticky and you can’t put your makeup over it. I feel so disappointed with no7 as a brand and i will not be buying anything of theirs again.

Very disappointing
1I have now used the whole tube of product and it has made no difference whatsoever. An expensive mistake buying this product.

No change in pigmentation
1I bought the serum with high hopes of reducing the brown pigmentation I have on my cheeks and jawline. After applying it twice a day for 3 weeks, I can honestly say there has been no change at all. At least I was able to use a £5 voucher when I purchased it, but still a waste of £33

Waste of money
1Bought this to use on my malasma. You may as well throw your money on a bonfire. Made absolutely no difference. I wouldn’t risk buying another tube for longer use as it’s not cheap. Also feels very sticky on the skin.

Disappointing claims!
1I used the so called new and improved brown spot corrector for nearly 3 weeks. I applied it twice a day as stated (some days 3 times) with absolutely no results. Before i brought the corrector, I spoke to a No7 consultant as I was hesitant to buy. This was based on the previous brown spot corrector Boots had a few years ago, again which I tried with no results. However, she persuaded my to buy due to the 6x lightning complex. I do not know how Boots can claim that this is scientifically proved..to me this is not credible as it just does not work - therefore a waste of money. Interestingly, I went back to Boots to complain and ask for a refund. Another No7 consultant stated I should be using the corrector for 12 weeks before I would see any difference. This is nonsense - where does it state this on the pruduct? It doesn't! It clearly states visible results in 2 weeks - so, if you do have to wait 12 weeks, why doesn't it state this on the product!? I managed to get a refund due to my persistence... I have read other reviews and I agree that Boots, if so convinced their products work, should offer a money back guarantee. If they did, i do wonder if they would make the same 'scientific' claims!

Waste of money
1I brought this 3 weeks ago and have been applying it religiously morning and night. It’s made no difference whatsoever. The lady at boots told me how great it was and that it was a top seller. I very much doubt that. It’s a very poor pruduct!

Really disappointed
1Bought this 3 weeks ago, very disappointed, no improvement at in in brown marks. However I did use it on dark circles under the eye as another review had written and it definitely helps with that, otherwise don’t waste your money.
