No change
1Been using this product for 4 weeks morning and night no change at all not even on pale pigmentation. Bought all three new serums non of them have worked up to now but will keep going until I have used them up.

Does Not Work!
1Like other users, I have found this to be extremely disappointing. Have used morning and night for over one month and absolute;ly no difference. Don't waste your money - it does not work!

Easily absorbed and gently lightens dark spots
4I have read all the reviews on this product and I agree with some of the negative and positive comments. I have used the serum for approximately a month and can se a visible reduction in the depth of brown on 3 age spots I have on my right cheek. I am going to use the product for 6 months before I decide whether it works. Firstly I am not expecting miracles, and would be satisfied if they went a light brown, and were less noticeable under makeup. I do agree with the comment that they lighten the skin around the brown spots, which I suppose is unavoidable as the cream is bleaching your skin. Again so long as this doesn’t make me look like I have vitiligo I can live with it, after I apply tinted moisturiser my skin tone is even. I have given this a 4 does what it says on the tin, and is easily absorbed, but you need to be patient and not expect miracles. I think this gently reducing the appearance of dark spots to light ones, which is good enough for me and hopefully prevents them from darkening with age. I will use this every day as part of my daily routine.

Some improvement
3After looking again at these reviews, I’m feeling a little concerned that I’ve spent a lot of money on a product that won’t deliver on its promises as initially (back in April 2019), all reviews were overwhelmingly positive and yet now, they seem very much the opposite! My personal opinion is that based on the hormonal/sun damage melasma I have (which I rate at about 5/10 on a mild to severe scale), I think that after using this serum for about 5 weeks, there is some lightening of some areas, especially the larger patches on my cheeks and some pigmented areas over my lip. It’s not a miracle cure, and perhaps that’s why some are disappointed as if you are afflicted with melasma, you would pin all hopes (and money!) on a cure, and although I’m a product junkie, and a harsh critic, I would still give this 3/5. I think it is crucial to use the highest spf you can in conjunction with this or any lightening treatment (I use Neutrogena SPF100! Yes, seriously!) and this is key to managing existing and future dark marks.

I'd give this zero if I could...
1I purchased this product as soon as it came out and have been religiously using it twice a day ever since. Completely and utterly useless. I'm disgusted with its claims. Don't, don't, don't waste your money.

Yet another false product
1I've been using this for 3 weeks with no visible change to my dark pigmentation spots. It's strange how, when I first looked at the reviews when considering buying this, they were all 5 stars - now most are one star and ladies saying it doesn't work at all. Are the original reviews false I wonder, to get us all to buy it?!? Boots should big up and respond to these terrible reviews as there are so many, and give us our money back!

Not worth the money
1Purchased this dark spot correcting serum a month ago . I have used it as recommended on the tube. Twice a day for 4 weeks .May be I had high expectations but NO this does not work . Very disappointed and at £38 is a lot of money ,, promised but not delivered , I think this is a trade discription problem .

It doesn’t work, don’t waste money.
1I bought this a month ago, finished the whole tube. It doesn’t make any difference to my dark spots on my face, even the lightest spot still here after over 4 weeks usage.

doesn't work
1Tthere's not a lot I can add to those voices saying don't waste your money, it doesn't work, other than more of the same. The product promised much, but dleivered nothing.
