Bring back the old formula
1Boots.com review: Fortunately I got a sample after my full coverage matte was discontinued. I was given calico - not a good match at all. Doesn’t cover as well as doesn’t last. Just can’t understand why Boots doesn’t listen to its customers. I’ve given up on No7 for now

What happened?
1Boots.com review: Another loyal customer lost. Following the “update” my colour (beige) is no longer available. I had a colour match and was given cool ivory. The texture is grim and the colour is grim I won’t be buying again. Sorry Boots.

Awful update
1Boots.com review: I have been purchasing the previous version for a number of years, it was my go too foundation, it stayed put all day, great coverage, and felt nice on the skin ( also reasonably priced) I was hoping the negative reviews on here were wrong. Unfortunately I have to agree that the updated version is not for me, the liquid is really thick and feels horrible on the skin, makes lines more pronounced and feels so heavy, the colours are also very different ( and even with the colour match tool I ended up with something completely wrong for my colouring) I couldn't wait to get this off my face. I wish boots took notice of the reviews and revert to the previous formula...

Very, very disappointed!
1Boots.com review: Have been buying this product for years in the shade that is perfect for me - deeply ivory. Now they no longer stock the colour and the foundation itself is nothing like it used to be (fortunately I was given a tester so didn't waste my money). Please, please, please bring back the good stuff!

Still great
5Boots.com review: I've been using this foundation for years and even though I've tried the most expensive products found it suited me better. I was really worried about replacing it after reading the reviews but I honestly can't see any difference, the pump has changed colour but the product feels the same, happy with my purchase

Awful foundation
1Boots.com review: I’m really disappointed, I’ve been using this foundation for years and just purchased new bottle in my usual shade and it’s not the same colour. I use the honey one as it matched my skin colour perfectly, this new one in honey is a different colour to the old one and the foundation doesn’t go on as nice. Wonder if No 7 read these reviews!!! Why change something that’s not broken.

Changed formula & bottle
1Boots.com review: I used the previous version for few years. They have changed the bottle & formula of the foundation. The lightest shade is definitely much more orange compare to the old product. Overall I'm very disappointed with this foundation, it doesn't look great on my face and it's drying.

Bring the old product back
1Boots.com review: I dislike changes to the product. I had help matching the shade but it’s out of stock everywhere so I have been given a sample pot. I’ve used it for a week now and I’m done with this foundation. I don’t like how it feels, the shade isn’t right and it’s out of stock anyway. I’m looking at different brands now.

Good coverage, but dissapointed
2Boots.com review: Bought this foundation hoping that I will get a right shade for my face tone, I really struggle finding the right shade overall with all foundations, so the shade that I used is Calico, which on first impression when applied on face seemed to mach well, but after a while is oxidizing a lot and sadly doesn’t look good anymore, and has a rosy or peachy tone. However the coverage is alright, medium buildable.

New change and now has bad formula
1Boots.com review: I Have been using no7 since I was a teenager struggling with acne and it was the only foundation that was hypoallergenic and didn’t break me out, which stayed on, as well as coloured matched me perfectly. The new formula is heavy but doesn’t last the whole day, the tone is orange and it applies horribly. All which I noticed straight away. I don’t normally right review but this was my love and go to and now will be needing to find a new foundation after many years, which is so stressful. Please bring back the old formula!!
