Why change Stay perfect?
1Boots.com review: I have worn no 7 Stay perfect foundation Beige for years and was very happy with it. The new Stay perfect is no where near the same quality and the colour beige does not exist. I have to buy two colours and mix them to get the same colour.

Ruined
1Boots.com review: I have used Stay Perfect foundation for years but am now looking for something new. Boots why change something & make it worse?? The new SPF30 version feels so much heavier & is more difficult to get on with an even finish. Bring back the old version !! If it ain't broke - don't fix it !!

New version is Terrible

Don’t waste your money
1Boots.com review: I’ve bought Stay Perfect foundation for years, only to find colour discontinued bought this as suggested by staff member, it’s completely rubbish, hardly any cover and feels like it slides off. Will definitely not buy again

Yes, it's changed, but not all bad.
4Boots.com review: I saw all the reviews on here & like many was worried it wasn't as good as before. I did what I recommend to others & that's go to Boots, speak to the staff, get a sample to compare. The lady told me to come back for another skin test if not to find a more suitable one. So, firstly my colour is 'warm beige' & yes it has altered colour slightly with a touch more pink tone. It's so minimal, I popped it on as normal & didn't notice anything different. Secondly, applying it is the same. If anything it's less thick than before & much more like the now discontinued 'Stay Perfect Superlight foundation', which I also still have. This means it's very natural & almost non existent when wearing, which is ideal for my fine lines. I still stayed put after a busy day too & I could see that when I removed my makeup, so it still lasts well for me. I hate change & was glad to read these reviews first. Getting a sample was the best thing though if you can get to a store.

Product has changed
1Boots.com review: This has been a foundation I have used for years. I really don't like it anymore and have to agree with the rest. The staying power has greatly reduced. It feels thicker, and I also agree it shows fine line more, making your face look haggered. Out of curiosity, I checked the ingredients of the old box and new, and they have changed. So, this makes perfect sense that the product is different. I will use this until I find an alternative. But I will definitely cease to use in the not so distant future. I would not recommend this anymore. Well done boots, you are losing a lot of customers through this.

Deeply Ivory no longer available
4Boots.com review: I’ve used Deeply Ivory shade of this foundation for a few years and matching concealer, now the shade isn’t longer available and no staff in Boots can tell me what is the new shade alternative that matches it! I’ve asked in 3 different stores so far and am stuck and rapidly running out

Bring back beige!
1Boots.com review: Have used Stay Perfect in Beige for over 10 years. Disappointed to find the shade has been discontinued. Have been unable to find a suitable shade for me in the range available. As a compromise I’ve ended up with two products to mix. Will not be buying again unless the colour range reverts/improves. The new packaging looks cheap……who thought a white lid on foundation was a good idea? Only plus is that the SPF has increased to 30.

What’s Happened?
1Boots.com review: Have been using Cool Ivory for years and last week bought another in the new packaging. That’s not the only change, the foundation is thicker, doesn’t go on as easy as the usual one and doesn’t last all day. Come on Boots, sort this out and PLEASE can we go back to the original formula because I won’t be buying another of these!
