Perfect for in-between skin!
5After trying Instant Radiance and Beautifully Matte No7 foundations, my skin was kind of all over the place. So, I went to my local Boots store and the No7 assistant there recommended this foundation. She sent me home with a small sample pot after re-doing my makeup with this foundation, and the next evening I went back to the store and bought the full foundation tube. I love the way this makeup looks on my skin. In Summer I can't wear the Instant Radiance foundation as my skin will look like a shiny, greasy mess and I can't wear the Beautifully Matte as it dries and cracks my skin something terrible, so I wear this instead. It gives the perfect coverage which can be built up in places where I need the extra cover. However, it does tend to flake in my dry places like my nose and chin, but I'm used to my skin doing that anyway and so I merely build up the coverage and conceal it. Definitely recommend this product!

Lightest Shade Is Orange
1I was shade matched in store using the machine and was not surprisingly matched to the lightest colour Calico. The sales assistant was keen for me not to buy unless I was 100% happy with the shade and formulation so gave me a very generous sample in a plastic jar. Unfortunately it was way too dark. I don't understand why No7 has so many shades and yet still don't go light enough. Oh well back to Bobbi Brown with my alabaster skin!

Great
5A pricey foundation but definitely worth buying. Brought for my prom and it stayed in place all night; however using too much of can make it look cakey and orange on the skin. Although, I took it along with me when I went backpacking around Europe and it definitely does stay in place. It endured sweat and intense heat from France, Italy and Spain; and even endured very windy weather from Berlin. It didn't rub off, gave me excellent coverage and didn't make me look too sweaty either, which was a bonus when travelling. I only use a minimal amount and it still gives me a lovely and even coverage. I would recommend it.

5I went into boots a week ago to have a nose at the no 7 counter as i had heard good things about the range, and needed a new foundation as the one i was using was so thick and caking on my nose. An advisor came over to assist me and after explaining i suffered from redness and quite a few blemishes and my old foundation was caking round my nose, she pointed out this foundation. Firstly the colour match was spot on! As i am quite pale i was worried that even the lightest shade would look too dark. Secondly the coverage is medium to full and very build-able. the staying power is brilliant! I wore this all day to work and then to the gym and it still didnt really budge! and low and behold no caking on my nose!! I love this foundation its affordable and good quality well done boots well done!!

Amazing colour but...
4Okay, first of all, the colour match (after getting the skin tone matched) was perfect. It said I was the lightest shade (Calico) and couldn't have been better but did not last as much as I would have liked and oily looking, had to put on some powder but not a lot. Coverage I would say isn't bad but I only used one layer. I would recommend this product.

Foundation
5Had the colour match done and came out as calico, which is the perfect shade (until I got a tan, but by then I didn't need to wear any foundation!). Perfect foundation with medium coverage and for combination skin.

No7 foundation
2This is normally the foundation i rave about to my friends and always buy religously for over 3 years, but over the past month i have noticed my skin breaking out as a result of using this foundation and in addition, it hasnt given me great coverage over my nose either which has left me disappointed and questioning whether the product has been altered lately? Anywho, i dont really recommend this product anymore, easpecially not to those with acne-prone skin

Great skin match
4I love this foundation as it matches my skin perfectly. I was fed up of wearing foundation that made me look orange so this is great. I'd prefer if the coverage was a bit heavier but it can always be built up. Overall I'm really happy with this product!

Poor quality
1This foundation was a good colour match for me, and even though the coverage is heavier than I like, I could use little and blend it out. However, it brings out bumps all over my cheeks and forehead. Not acne exctly, but some kind of rash perhaps? The bumps go away when I don't use it for a few days. My skin isn't even particularly sensitive and I have never had this issue before. I thought perhaps I wasn't cleaning it off properly so enhanced my cleansing routine, but this does not help. Disappointed that I cannot return it.

4I do love this makeup, as I live abroad so I work with two shades and they both give me great coverage
