Disappointed
2Like other reviewers,I loved the original product in palette form,much better coverage and could be worn on its own as a great basic colour! Bring it back please! It’s replacement is thin and very pale,no benefit as far as I can determine!

Bring back palette primer
1Could not agree more with the other comments made about this product. It requires a lot of tube squeezing and shaking before the liquid turns from water to cream!!!! The previous palette brightening primer was excellent. Why change? I have also discovered the easy to use wand blusher has been discontinued. After years of using No 7 make up I will looking elsewhere in future.

DISAPPOINTING NEW PRODUCT
1As the previous eye shadow base had been discontinued I was assured that this product was much improved - very disappointed to say that it is very oily and runny when squeezed from the tube and does not work - eye shadow goes into lines. I did return it to my local Boots and they gave me a new one which is exactly the same! Fortunately I still have one of the original bases, which works perfectly well. Why change something that has been goodl for years?

waste of money
1I bought this a couple of weeks ago as I could no longer find the L'Oreal eye primer pencil. What a complete waste of money. Watery liquid which you can't even rub in or allow to dry - it just seems to disappear. Eyeshadow over the top not only doesn't last any longer - it doesn't even want to go on at all!!! You really are better off without it!

Horrible slimy product
1Just bought this because original palette primer no longer available. Why do they do this? The stuff is the tube is vile and impossible to apply neatly. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying this stuff which is heading straight for the bin. Please - bring back the earlier version and stop messing us around.

DISSAPOINTED
1Please bring back the original Eye brightener in the flat case - this is useless! Wet, thin and streaky. In a tube so you can’t see how much is left, and it’s impossible to squeeze out the correct amount so lots is wasted. Won’t buy again, waste of money.

Not an improvement
1This is a really poor replacement of the previous, excellent Brightening Eye Base which I had used for several years. It is thin and sometimes when I squeeze the tube clear liquid squirts out. Very poor product I shall not buy again.

Terrible
1This is really awful. The previous brightening primer which I have been using for years was so much better!! Please bring it back ! This new tube shows creases in my lids and colour does not blend smoothly on top. Waste of money.Won't be buying this again.

Dreadful
1This comes no where near the old product in the small eyeshadow container. BOOTS, PLEASE RESTORE THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT TO YOUR SHELVES!! Great formulation and results!!
