perfect foundation for me, but appalling amount
5I love this make up range and this compact foundation is the perfect colour for me. Its easy to apply, covers evenly and does stay perfect all day! The only down side is that there is only a tiny amount supplied, its such a small amount in fact that it only lasts a week!!! I usually use No7 beautifully matt foundation (liquid & in a bottle £12.95) this is cheaper in price and this lasts me over a month usually .(i use it everyday) Although i dont think it is as good but is a good 2nd best in my opinion (works best applied with a brush). I refuse to spend around £56 a month (one of these compacts a week) just to have a good foundation. Its a shame because its the best iv tried in years. If they doubled the amount in the compact, or supplied refills at all or cheaply i would start to but this again.

Getting used to it - Much room for improvement.
3This is the first time I've tried this product. I wanted a cream foundation in a pan for greater coverage and am giving this a go. I think the colour matching was wrong; the shade (Cool Ivory) is very grey-looking on my skin so I need to add bronzer. ml for ml against brands like Revlon and Max Factor who offer similar products, this is more expensive and I'm not sure it's justified. I decided to write a review to share other commenters' points that Boots should offer refills of this as they would clearly be easy to swap over and might start to increase the value of the product.

Bad Coverage NOR Cost Effective
1No 7 keep updating/revamping there products every few years and every time i fine, Especially this product, the consistency of it gets lighter on application. I am very disappointed because this time there is not a good coverage for my skin. I used to give a great coverage to my skin, cover all my blemishes and give great colour, without looking like i had put it on with a plaster trowel. It says that there is the same amount in the pot as there last but i have found that with-in 1 week of using it, it was all gone. This may be good for Boots profits but not on my pocket nor other consumers. I think i will have to change to another brand that will give better coverage and has a bit more in it so i won't have to be buying a new foundation every week. The only good thing i have to say is that the pot looks good and that NO7 have got a good range in colours.

Good Foundation, Bad Change.
3This is good foundation and have been using it for years but when the new range came in all of the names of the colours changed and was confused which one to get. The amount of foundation you get in the new range is shocking! It's half of what you used to get and still the same price, or more. Will be moving onto the liquid foundation to see if this will last any longer.

The new stay perfect is a lot small better for you bag
5I have only been using stay perfect for about 2 months, was shocked my daughter told me it was not in stock no more . lucky we found the new look stay perfect , much better and smaller ,plus you can use the mirror now , could not before , well done boot's no7.

Great more colours available, but slightly disappointing
4Having used the No7 Stay Perfect Compact Foundation in Blonde for several years, I was delighted to discover an extended range of shades available and using the new foundation matching service, was quickly matched to Cool Beige. The colour itself is a slightly lighter shade than Blonde, but my disappointment is really with the fact that coverage is not as good as before. My old Blonde foundation covered every blemish and red veins, but now they seem to show through the foundation. I'm also sorry that the amount in the compact has remained the same - for daily use it doesn't quite stretch out to a whole month! But - I'm hoping from the new design that Boots will be sensible and launch a refill for the compact; it feels so wasteful throwing these compacts away every 3-4 weeks or so. I may give the next shade up a try to see if it improves coverage, but if not I'll be devastated at having to find a new brand that really does offer "full coverage" as I've loved this product for years!

Fantastic foundation,fantastic price
5I have used stay perfect compact foundation in blonde for years so I was a bit disappointed to be told it had been discontinued. However I was quickly matched up by the helpful assistant to cool beige. On application today I can say the new formulation and very slight colour change are for the better. This foundation leaves a lovely smooth radient even skin tone in an instant and you only need a little. - FANTASTIC!
