Reduction of Packaging
4I love this product but unfortunately No.7 still have not reduced the packaging and price by providing a REFILL option. Considering how Boots are supposed to be reducing their carbon footprint why do you still not have a REFILL option available for this product. I emailed your customer support years ago about this but you still sell this item with a full black carrier and mirror which costs a lot of money to produce which ends up in landfill...!!!! Very happy with product but not happy with lack of concern for the environment.
