If you love your eyelids...do not use!!!
1You have to practically drag your eyelids to get any colour from this pencil. I ordered it by mistake, as I wanted the green Naturals Collection pencil which is amazing! This Stay Perfect eye pencil is absolutely terrible...I even wondered if I was using it wrong and it had to be wet, but no...it simply is impossible to get any colour from it...in the bin it goes!!!

not amazing at all
1I brought two of these, blue and black as were on offer, I can use neither as no colour comes off at all, at £6.5 there were not the cheapest eye pencil, I really rate number 7 makeup and was so disappointed when I got home and tried it, what a waste of money

No 7 Stay Perfect
1I wish it would Stay Perfect, I can't even get it on to my skin, it just doesn't work at all. I have pressed really hard and there is nothing there, it will come off on my hand if I press incredibly hard but nothing on my eyes at all. What a waste of money, not fit for purpose. I am very surprised that Boots have put this on the market, on whom did they test I wonder ?

Okay...
3I had bought the old Stay Perfect Amazing Eyes pencil it was great. I bought this new product thinking that, because of the price and brand it would be great. It was nice, but definitely not worth what I paid for it. I am sure I could get one for half the price that was as good. I only use this on my waterline as using on my eyelid was terrible- it was not smooth. What I would say is that, if you are willing to pay quite a lot, then do buy it, as it is a fairly nice eyeliner. However, I do not think it is worth what you pay for it.

Product has changed completely - now awful!
1Like so many of the recent reviewers, I have to agree that this product has been totally changed by Boots and is now awful. It used to just glide on and then you could smudge and blend it in as required. It's now hard and dry. It's impossible to apply without having to press so hard that you hurt your eye. Even when you do press hard, you can barely see the colour! I've taken one eye pencil back and asked for an exchange as I thought it may have been a one off. However, the replacement one is just as bad and, coming onto this site, I see I'm not the only user who feels the same. I'm going to take it back for a refund and look for a new brand of eyeliner. I'm gutted as I've used No 7 Stay Perfect eyeliners for years. Boots - please please please listen to your customers' feedback and go back to the old version of your eyeliners!

Bring Back the old one!!
1I have used the old version of this pencil for years and loved the application and intense colour. I have the grey and black ones. This new pencil has a waxy translucent texture and deposits a pale version of the colour, even after pressing quite hard. I haven't found it sting or scratchy like other reviews here, but it's nothing like it used to be, it's now quite useless, and if it stays like this I certainly won't be buying it again. Read the reviews boots and change it back!!!

This produce is useless
1It is not up to the usual standard of No7. Very hard and painful to apply don't us it at all now . But I Love your lip liner especially the Carmel. The Eye pencil is not amazing.

Stays on for most of the day
4This eyeliner does stay on nearly all day. needs retouching by late afternoon. When applying you must smudge(if want the smokey look) within ten secs or it will set and then won't budge. that is the only downside. it glides on nicely and colour choice is good. value not bad either. I have in black and will be buying in blue now. Really nice pencil, had for 12 months now .Excellent staying power. No primer needed either.

Disappointing
1I bought product years ago and it was good, hence why I bought it again recently. This product is now horrible! I can't use it! The liner is like a rubber! It leaves no mark on the inside of my eye and only marks my fingers when I rub the tip between my fingers to warm it up. Very poor and unusable. I wish I could get a refund but it's touched my eye...
