so dissapointed

i was big fan of no7 pencils-i have in few shadows, but my 4 recent buys let me down-one of my pencils has the end very hard, is difficult to apply and also for the other pencils the head has broken after one touch so sharpened for the first time and head was keep breaking. decided to not waist it, just sticked head to pencil and tried to use it but the head just gone inside...

Awful pencil
1I have to agree with all the other people, this product is awful, it will not write on eyelid over eyeshadow. I took this pencil back to the shop and the assistant said this was now a wax pencil which had to be warmed up so to do this one must keep rubbing it on the hand to make it work. I asked for it to be exchanged for a kohl pencil and the assistant told me No 7 no longer make a kohl pencil. As for warming it up. I don't have time to stand rubbing a pencil on my hand wearing it out as it works ok on my hand! Will buy a different brand in future.

Not good
1I have purchased over the years loads of eyeliners, this one is the worst, tried to apply, no colour. Checked the reviews on here, could not believe everyone was having the same problem. So today returned to Boots and exchanged it for a lipstick

Shockingly dreadful product
1The quality of kohl is crumbly and leaves no colour on the eye. It also means the pencil is difficult to sharpen without breaking off. Only had for 4 weeks and I've lost half the pencil in the sharpening phase!! Won't buy this product again!

Shocking
1I have used No7 for years and have always been happy with the value and quality of products. This eye pencil is simply not worth the money. No colour comes off it. I have sharpened and re-sharpened the tip in case it was just the initial tip. I am always wary of applying too much pressure to my eyes but even if I were willing to run it up and down like a biro running out of ink, there would still be no colour. I really need some assurance that the problem has been solved before I will buy this again.

Amazing Eyes pencil eyeliner
1Absolute rubbish and waste of £££!! Do not buy this. The pencil is so hard that it doesn't work on the delicate eye area, only works on paper!!

OMG.........WHY HAVE YOU CHANGED IT!
1I have bought the original No 7 Amazing Eyes Pencil 15 Blue Grey for many years and loved it, once applied the colour line lasted with no smearing. This product has recently been changed and I hate it. It now smears instantly and does not create the smooth colour line. It constantly needs sharpening and quite frankly is a waste of money. I have rang Boots customer care line and my comments will be past on, she also gave me a reference number so I can return the inferior new product back to the shop. Bring back the original Boots!

1Dont waste your money, doesnt work at all. Very disapounting...i bought this for my first nite out in 2yrs (had twins) n ended up using my old one :-(

Very unhappy with this product!
1Stay Perfect eye line used to be my best eye liner ever. I have recommended this product to so many people, as it was such a great eye liner at a great price too! Since you have changed the formula it is now the worst eye liner out there! I can't understand why No7 can't see the mistake they have made and change it back to the old formula! Now I am buying every eye liner out there with in the same price bracket , to find one to replace what used to be ..the best ever eye liner !

Doesn't do what it claims
1This pencil made a lovely black lower eyeliner - at first - but the crayon crumbled and blocked the pencil sharpener so I was unable to continue using it. A waste of time and money, unfortunately!
