Bye bye wrinkles
5I'm not to sure why the negative reviews but I have found this product to be fantastic . I use this with the lift and luminate day and night cream and my face and kneck have never looked so good . I get so many people asking me what I am using as you can see such a huge improvement . Will be buying again this week

Terrible fragrance but nice light product
3I’ve been using the protect and protect serum and loved it but thought I’d try this product because the description seemed to fit better for my needs of wanting to improve the skin on my neck. I’ve only been using it a short time but because of the heavy “old lady” fragrance I wouldn’t recommend it or buy it again. I’m going back to the prevent and protect serum.

Ouch - for both my skin and my pocket!
1I wish I'd read these reviews before spending out my hard earned cash on this awful product. At first it seemed ok but after two weeks my skin was SO sensitive, red, burning and stinging skin especially across my cheeks. I'd bought it alongside the accompanying day and night creams and they too are just horrible. In fact the irritation was far worse when I used the serum in conjunction with them which is odd as I assumed they were meant to work in harmony with each other?! I did splash out on the bigger version having used the other No7 serums for years with no problems, so all In all I've wasted nearly £100! It hasn't made a difference to my skin at all but tbh I had to stop using it every few days due to the constant flare ups. I did try it with other moisturisers and I tried using different cleansers but it just kept happening so I am pretty confident that the serum is to blame for the flare ups, ended up eventually just binning it altogether. Word of advice, try and get a sample first, I wish I had.

Not fit for purpose !
1Have used this for years so why now has it suddenly brought me out in a hot red itchy flaky rash..Tried the "Lift & Luminate"" but the same thing happened...I can only assume its the new ingredients that were added last year.. Why change a perfectly good product ... "If it ain't broke don't fix it ".

Disappointed
1I've used Protect and Perfect serums since they were first introduced, they have all been excellent, as I have got older but this one has such a strong smell, like a fake tan smell that lingers strongly all day, I'm assuming it's as good as the others have been but I'm afraid I could only persevere with using it for about 3 days because of the 'fragrance'. I will return to the blue Lift and Luminate one, and hope that they bring out a fragrance free version of this!

Good product
5I have been using no 7 for a long time. It’s brilliant, you just have to get the ones that suits you. I am not over 60 but I using everything for the restore & Renew and I find it works. My skin is looking and feeling so good. I also using no 7 foaming face wash to wash my face. I love no 7 big time. I using lots of the stuff.

Way too strong a perfume odor; make it unscented?
2Can No.7 Restore Face and Neck Serum be made in an Unscented version? This is just too perfume-y for me. And it gets on my collars and bed sheets and stays there. I can't stand the strong long-lasting smell and neither can my husband. Even after washing my hands, the smell gets on my arms and legs when applying my other body cream. For one ounce at $40.00 it is also too expensive. Other than that, I've only used it 10 days and my neck does look a bit smoother and it is not a greasy product, which is good. But I don't think I'll go beyond this 1 tube unless an unscented version comes out. Thank you.

NO7 Restore for Sensitive Skin
1I purchased this product -Sensitive Skin, for a reason--Sensitive. It has too much fragrance for me. It does apply smoothly, but I was disappointed by the Strong Odor. I will not purchase again.
