Restore & Renew Or Protect & Perfect
3I have always used the Protect and Perfect range, Serum /day/night creams/eye creams along with Youthful Serum Recently changed to the Restore & Renew range - Serum / day/night Cream / eye cream My query is ... had anyone else tried the restore & Renew collectionbuf has doubts about the range compared to protect & Perfect When I used the restore & Renew my skin felt so refreshed but a few weeks in with the range I’m not so sure. I don’t feel it is having the same results as the protect & Perfect

Terrible plus damages the skin
1Bought with high hopes but causes under skin rash and bumps which isn’t great. Boots need to look at the reviews here because there are a vast amount of similar complaints.

waste of money
1For years I have always used No 7 protect and perfect and loved it, I just always re-ordered it on-line however I was Passing my local Boots branch and decided to buy in store as I had vouchers I noticed this product and asked the assistant about it. She explained that this was the equivalent of Protect and perfect but for my age group. I made the BIG mistake of buying the 3 for 2 offer! Believe me this is nothing like the normal original protect and perfect . My skin feels much drier with it and the product has such a cheap smell to it.

Good if you like the red raw look
1I bought this with the day & night creams from the same range. At first it seemed OK. No instant difference to my skin, but I didn't expect that, so I persevered with it hoping it would prove to be a cheaper alternative to my usual brand. After 2 month's use I noticed my neck began to look red and scratched and my cheeks were becoming sore and red. I dont have a particularly sensitive skin but wthin a few more days my neck looked burned and my face was red and tight. I stopped using the No 7 & resumed my previous brand. After a week my skin was settling down so I tried the No 7 again. Overnight my skin flared up. It might be fine for some, but for me this was a waste of money & I don't think I'll risk any more No 7 skincare.

Incredible. Results after 2 days!
5I wasn’t sure it could work so quickly so I looked at some selfies from the week before. WOW!!!!!! Under my chin was wobbly turkey neck. It firmed it up. My daughter who is make up crazy asked what primer I was using cause my skin looked fresher, tighter and renewed. I only bought the smallest size tube as i buy products, use them twice then forget about them. I’m not one to fuss with a skincare routine but I am so impressed with this face and neck serum I have bought the whole range, £75 on special.

Don't waste your money
1I bought this when it first came out as an avid fan of the range. I had been taking very good care of my face, but only moisturised my neck occasionally for a while and was getting some deeper neck lines. Applied exactly as it says and used the moisturiser on top, promising myself to remember my neck from the first use. Had to use loads each time and my neck was just getting dryer and I was slathering the moisturiser on top and massaging it right in, also exfoliating gently regularly again. Extremely disappointed and the tube was used up very quickly and no result whatsoever! Decided to look after my neck again properly using the restore and renew serum and moisturiser, but for a month I was also using the orange face mask (forgot the name) 4 times a week! My neck has now dramatically improved and I use the mask once a week as I love it. So glad I only bought one tube and the serum half price, or I would have been out of pocket for a useless product.

Don't waste your money
1I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this serum. I've always taken care of my skin but lately my neck has started to show signs of aging. I spoke to the consultant at Boots and he recommended this product. I've been using it morning and night for a month and it has made absolutely no difference.

It works
5I wanted to go away from the high end of the market due to cost and was not disappointed in this product. It does exactly what it says it will do. No complaints and the price is excellent too.

Terrible
1I bought this a week ago and am very sorry I did. I wish I would have read the reviews first. The perfume smell is way too strong and I broke out in hives. There is something wrong with this formula.

Not goof
2I thought the 50 mil size of this. I used it continuously day and night for a month to six weeks and no changing my skin whatsoever. I didn't use much at all for my whole life face and neck and still rolled off. I didn't expect miracles overnight but it made no change to my face and neck whatsoever very disappointed considering how much it cost.
