Please bring back the old version
2This new formula isn’t as rich as the old cream. I now have to find something else that works. Why did they have to change it?

Not sure about new "firming effect"
3Have used this amazing cream and my skin looks great however I bought this new firming version and am not pleased.i have tried other makes of creams offering "firming effects " and instantly went back to this one. . I will finish the pot and hope that this dry feeling disappears. I have used the old one for years

Highly effective
5Although I am below the age range that this particular moisturiser is designed for, I gave this a go because the No. 7 Protect and Perfect Night Cream that I was using wasn't doing the needful (and I disliked the shiny effect of the Lift and Illuminate cream that is for my age group). No matter how much I applied, my skin still felt dry a short time later. This, however, does the job! It feels very thick out of the pot but it absorbs well and doesn't leave a greasy feel or look to the skin. It also provides a very good base for my Clinique tinted moisturiser and gives a much smoother and more even result which I am very happy with. As for it's anti-ageing properties, it is too early to tell but that isn't my main concern in using this anyway. As an FYI, I use the Night Cream during the day as well, mainly because it is thicker and I don't want SPF on my face all the time. It has a very slight fragrance but it is quite neutral and pleasant. My skin is very sensitive and has not flared up at all with this. Overall another very good product from the No.7 range!

Age 62 - More suitable than Lift & Luminate
5I have been using Lift & Luminate for a number of years. Aged 62 now I noticed that my skin was getting a little dryer. Decided to try Restore & Renew. I was surprised but it is actually more suitable for my skin now as it leaves my skin looking clearer and smoother than L & L did. I was happy with L & L but clearly now I am older my skin benefits and looks much clearer and better with Restore & Renew.

4 weeks using restore and renew
5Using full collection of serum and creams twice daily and am impressed by increased firmness of face and neck. Skin has healthy glow and looks great. Big improvement on previous range I purchased from Boots. Happy purchased on 3 for 2 great to spend money on face creams you can see benefit from. Lady aged 57

5I switched to the Restore & Renew collection about six weeks ago on the recommendation of a friend, as my premium brand skincare was no longer cutting the mustard for my post menopausal skin. I was sceptical, but managed to get a good deal on the day & night moisturisers, serum and eye cream, thanks to the 3 for 2 deal and a money off voucher, so went for it. I have to say I am absolutely delighted with the results, after six weeks of use, my skin tone is more even, my skin looks plumper and wrinkles are definitely filling out. The collection is highly fragranced which I was a little concerned about as my skin is quite sensitive but I have had no reaction whatsoever and find the products to be very soothing on my skin.

Not sure the salesperson understood the ranges
3I am 47 with good skin. Sensitive and prone to dehydration but I take very good care of it. That includes using the No.7 Lift & Luminate range for a while now. Which love. Anyway, was recently in a bigger Boots and the designated No.7 woman suggested using the new Restore & Renew serum for face and neck. When I questioned if the Restore & Renew range was for and older 60+ age range, she said it just contained even more hydrating power than the Lift & Luminate range was already using. I was in a bit of a rush, and that all sounded good, so quickly bought the whole range of large size serum, day and night cream. I have been using a week now and think I may have been mis-sold this. Does not seem to hydrate my skin at all well. I have to put on the night cream twice, as it seems to just sink in completely and disappear. Hmmmm, have I been mis-sold this? What actually is the difference between the Lift & Luminate and Restore & Renew ranges? Please advise Boots! Thanks.

Skin feels hydrated
4I bought this alongside the serum and day cream a week ago on the 3 for 2 offer. I'm not sure I look any younger or lines are reduced but my skin feels hydrated and alive again and full of vitality. Looking forward to seeing how I progress with longer use

This product is not heavy on your skin
5This product is not heavy on your skin like other night creams, my skin feels soft and youthful. I willl continue to use this product

Pleased with Restore and Renew Night Cream
4I have been using this cream consistently for about 4 years, particularly on my forehead and nose. It appears to have helped gradually in reducing a tendency to keratosis and other sun-related blemishes and sores. I have not needed a prescription for skin medication over that time.
