Bring back the old formula
2I have been using Restore & Renew range for last 6 years everyday and loved it.. Whats happened? the range has changed. Dont like this night b=cream. Its thick and gloopy . It doesnt absorb into skin and sits in top of skin like a layer of silicone. in the morning I can still feel a slippery layer on top and have to wash it off with my cleanser. I have stopped using this. Please bring back the previous range and formula !!!!

Love the new, rich, formula
5I have been using Restore & Renew Day and Night Creams for more years than I wish to remember. The new formula for Night Cream is a very different constituency, thicker and heavier and at first I wondered whether it would be suitable for me. I have continued using my "3 for 2" pots and am very pleased to say I am delighted with the results, especially my neck. Its appearance is less lined and dry. I am 70 years of age and so thankful that this night cream is available to intensely moisturize older skin.

Really disappointing change to formula
1I'd like to add my comments to all the others who have complained about the new version of this product - really disappointing in terms of texture, plus the fragrance has changed from quite nice to unpleasant! Please bring back the old version Boots!

Why change?
1Have used this for years but it is now very heavy and has made me very spotty. Will be looking elsewhere in future. Hugely disappointed.

Awful texture
1Have been using this night cream for years ! What have you done to the texture in the new formula? ? It’s heavy and unpleasant . I will not be buying again unless the formula reverts to the old one!

Disappointed
1I bought this along with the line correcting booster serum and face and neck multi action serum products, as a skincare programme approx.3 weeks ago. I feel it's very expensive, and glad I got the 3 for 2 offer, athough the price was still £74. so far I haven't noticed any 'wrinkle change', and will not be able to purchase again, so won't be able to continue treatment.

Why change a good moisturiser?
1I have been using Restore & Renew night cream for many years & i’m incredibly disappointed with the new formula. It has a clay like feel which drags on my skin & doesn’t moisturise at all. Are there any recommendations out there for a good moisturising night cream for older skin? Preferably from the no 7 range.

Sooooo drying ☹️
1I have used the old version of this cream for years & loved it BUT this new cream is the worst ever . It’s consistency has changed it doesn’t moisturise my skin it makes my skin dry & dehydrated . I am a person with dry skin not 60 + yet but my skin is of that age . I work for boots & I am so disappointed that they have ruined a perfectly good moisturiser.

They have ruined it!
1I've been using this for years, and I loved it, Just opened a new pot and couldn't understand why when I put it on it is thick, heavy and hard to apply (it used to be soft & creamy). My skin now feels dry and itchy! Read the reviews and it seems they have messed with the formula. Infuriating, will have to return this gluey, itchy, gunge. Hope they will accept my return as I bought 6 pots and I can't use this stuff.

Night cream
1Not impressed with new night cream. Very thick and hard to apply. Also making my skin dry. Have to find something else.
