Absolutely awful
1Have used Boots skin creams for many years. This is the worst ever. When I put makeup on top and try to blend it in it peels off like plastic. I complained in store, but apparently it is my fault (despite having used face creams all my life!) I was told to dab it on instead of smoothing it on. Surprise, surprise, it still leaves a sticky mess on my finger and peels off my face. What do I do to get a refund?

1Not happy at all with this new product , I'm using so much more of this product now as its very thick and the texture is nothing like the old cream which was lovely and soft , I'm going to have to find a new cream

Complete waste of money
1My skin has become really dry after using the whole range of Restore and Renew. I have always bought the No7 skin range, and up until now I have found them very good for my skin. The night cream is very thick and drags across the skin as you apply it. I am so annoyed I bought the whole range, thinking it was going to be as good as the rest of the No7 skin care ranges.

NOT A CHANGE FOR THE BETTER
1I have used this cream since it came out and as I have a very dry skin have bought lots and lots. WILL NOT be buying anymore it's awful! The cream is thicker and drags on the skin and makes my face look dry, dull and pasty -HATE IT please revert to the original or I'm sure Boots will lose lots of sales.

Change not for the good
1Been buying this product over 2 years then all of a sudden it is changed to Face and Neck cream and the cream feels totally different and not in a good way. Very dehydrating and dry feeling as soon as you put it on. Please change it back.

Disappointing
1Have used No7 Restore and Renew for a while and have been very happy with the product up till now. The new formulation seems thicker than before, doesn't sink in as fast and my skin feels less hydrated. Very disappointing, will not be purchasing again! (I have given the product one star purely for the SPF.)

New formula very dehydrating
1I have been using Restore & Renew day & night moisturisers throughout my sixties and honestly thought this was the best moisturising product for older skin. Not only did it moisturise really well, it gave my skin a lovely glow. However the new formula drags on my skin & is very dehydrating. I won’t be purchasing this product again

I feel duped!
3I tried this cream in store and subsequently bought it, I have used it for a few days only and it has a great texture for my 47 year old very dry and ageing complexion and it feels lovely when I apply it. BUT ...and it is a huge BUT... all of a sudden I look like ive been to Tenerife for a weeK? Now I would love to embrace the powers of a tiny pot and think it really has restored and renewed me, but i fear i am literally applying something that is 50% fake tan.... and not in a good way.... Would a knowledgable Boots advisor please respond?

Awful cream now
1I bought this with my mothers day money, a gift from my daughter, to replace one she has bought me before as i liked it so much. However, the formula has been changed. And i dont like this new cream at alll. Makes my skin feel dry. A complete waste of precious money.

Do not like the change
1I have used No.7. Moisturiser for many many years, I do not like like the recent Improvement. The moisturiser is too thick and leaves my skin feeling dry and stiff. I have tried for a few week since too see if it improved with time, it has not. I won’t be purchasing again and will have to find an alternative.
