Very pleasantly surprised
5I have used Protect and Perfect for some years and cannot fault it in terms of performance, but I have never liked the rather oily smell. I bought this product, and the night cream, on special offer just to give it a try but wasn't expecting too much (a previous brief dalliance with Lift and Luminate had left my dry, sensitive skin irritated for days). But how wrong can you be? This is lovely to use, smells much better than P&P and really has left my skin softer and smoother. Will definitely continue using in future.

Dissapointed customer
1I have always used No: 7 products and used moisturisers suggested for my age group. I recently purchased the Restore and Renew Day and Night Cream but before using them, I tried it on my skin by using a tester first which was given to me by one of boots staff. I found with both creams that you could feel it on your face and they were very sticky. I felt I wanted to scrape it off. Once I applied the cream my face became red, sore and was stinging under my eyes. Obviously the cream did not agree with my skin so I took it back to the shop and change it to Lift and Luminate which seems to suit my skin and I am very happy with it.

Even better
5Have used and loved the Protect & Perfect range for a long time but seeing this new range ( and having just hit 60!!) thought I would give it a try. The consultant, bless her, didn't think I was old enough for it - shows how good NO7 is!! Having persuaded her that I was, I bought the day cream and haven't regretted it. My 90 year old mother, today commented, how calm and dewy my skin looked. As a farmer I spend most of my life out in all weathers, so that sort of comment can't be bad. Well done NO7, what would we do without you?!

Its Great
4I have very sensitive skin and find this cream a joy to use, its non greasy and my skin seems to glow with health, and its also good value with the high SPF protection.

This product is excellent!
5Have just started using this product and I love it. It sinks into the skin leaving it moist all day. I love the texture of the cream and it doesn't have a strong smell which puts me off. Looking forward to trying the night cream.

An excellent product that delivers results
5I am very impressed with this product. It goes on easily, takes a while to be absorbed, but produces excellent results. My skin looks radiant, and appears smoother in texture, and - as I'm 61 - that's a good benefit! The UVA and SPF protection are important, and I am getting the same, if not better results as using very expensive products. Tremendous value and I would certainly recommend to others.

Cheap
4I too have been using Multi Action day cream for over 25yrs. Just bought the 3for 2 offer, which was a very good saving. But the new pot design is awful & cheap looking, the old one did look classy. Hope the cream hasn’t changed too because No7 is the only one that doesn’t cause spots.

I am amazed how good this regime is!
5For a very long time, I have used Estee Lauder skincare products and been happy with them. However a friend of mine told me to try this range, and I am so shocked. I have the serum, eye cream, day and night cream, and the Line correcting serum booster, the improvement in my skin is actually remarkable. In less than a month the difference is actually noticeable, it doesn't just maintain the level of the far more expensive products but definitely improves on them. I used to believe that price was key, the more expensive a product the better ingredients and obviously the better results, but in this case it definitely isn't. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would.

Change for the worse
2Have used this for years and loved it until last purchase - don't like new packaging, but moisturiser has changed. It rolls up into greasy balls around jaw line and neck, difficult to use foundation over because of this. Won't be buying again.

Cheap packaging
2Oh my goodness Boots - what have you done? I have been using No7 face creams, etc for 22 years now (became allergic to oil of Olay during my pregnancy... which is why I can be so accurate with dates!). I have used loads of No7 products and worked my way through the face moisturisers age categories as the years have gone. As my skin is quite dry I have always used the age category above my own and am currently using’Restore and Renew’ (despite the scathing reviews) - however the recent re-packaging has done it for me....Boots what were you thinking? The new tub looks cheap (which it is not), boring, uninspired and like it’s been bought from a pound store! (No offence to pound stores....love them, just not for face creams!). I am horrified to now be paying £27 for a tub that looks so awful - even my husband commented.... and he knows nothing about face creams!!!! This rebranding coupled with the effectiveness of the face cream is making me start to look elsewhere - sorry to be leaving my old friend!
