Why has it changged???

I have been using Restore & Renew Day Cream for last 6 years. I absolutely loved it. Absorbed into my sjkin leaving it soft, nourished and dewy?? I brought it back in July...but had a completely different experience WHATS HAPPENED?? Its viscosity has changed. It doesn't absorb into the skin as well. Not as rich and nourishing. Not moisturising in texture It is leaving my skin drier..definitely not dewy. And leaves a residue of dry particles on my skin. Awful. Bring back the old formula that I loved. I am changing my moisturizer . Will have to look at the other No7 products as I normally love the range. This is definitely not the same Restore & renew...more like Dry & Brittle!!!

What's changed?

I've had this cream before and loved it However the last lot I bought sits on my skin and can be rolled off my face when it has been on a while I am using it with the correct serum so it's not that it's incompatible I would hesitate before buying it again

Bring back the original

Have used restore and renew for a few years and it was great for my dry skin however this cream has recently changed and now it comes off in clumps ,it bobbles up and I have bits all over my face ,it's awful and I'm so dissapointed in the change , does anyone from boots actually read these reviews ? Please bring back the old cream your customers are not happy .would like a response to this please .

I loved the old style Restore and Renew but after reading bad reviews thought Iwould try and get a sample of the serum and Day cream.So pleased I did it is awful. Used it thismorning had to use a brush as it bobbled up left my face a putty colour and seemed to set like plaster of paris. Love protect and perfect which I use but thought I would try this for my age group 66. Please don't change formula of protect and perfect Boots its perfect or another lost customer

I love this moisturiser so much I'm just about to order another jar! I decided to try try it as I was looking for a good neck cream and found it also to be a good face cream so it saves having 2 jars! I love the texture and the smell. It makes my skin feel really good too.

Love this moisturiser

I bought this moisturiser just under 2 weeks ago with the night cream and serum.I'm 42 and had some loose skin under chin and on neck due to weight loss about 4 years ago. I had just come back from a very hot Majorca and by face and neck was in a terrible state, very dry and flakey and my neck was wrinkled, loose and irritated. I was so upset that I even looked at surgery options. I thought I would give this cream a try as had nothing to lose. The transformation in my skin is amazing and I am so happy. My skin is looking beautiful, soft, smoother and my neck and chin area have greatly improved, my neck is firmer and more toned. I couldn't be happier and it's still early days. Thank you so much Boots.

What a shame!

How could you do this. By far the best day cream on the market and you have ruined it. I have used this moisturiser for a long time and have loved it. I got a real shock when using my latest jar to find it has all the attributes of all the others, glaggy, clotted and impossible to wear under foundation. So disappointed.

Please bring back the original formula

I've been using the Restore and Renew Day Cream for many years but this new formula is nothing like the original. Left my skin dull, grey looking and dry so I just had to give up on it. I now have the onerous task of trying to find a new moisturizer!

My first review i gave one star. This is my second review since using this I have changed my mind even though i said it smells horrible you get used to it. Not bad. The cream itself does what it says on the packaging. My foundation goes on beautiful my skin is even since using this. I would advise people to use it for one month then give a review only then you will see results. I have sensitive skin which is good for. You can slightly damp your face with cold water then put the cream on if you feel it's bitty. It is expensive but it does last 6 months a little goes a long way. You only spend £50 for one year for this cream and its worth it if it lasts you 6 months. I would recommend this cream. I also put this on my lips at night to plump it up. I use this on my neck as well.

Smells Horrible

Bring the old restore and renew one back in. This product I don't like at all. smells horrible texture is different. I have to make sure my face is damp first then I apply the cream, a little goes a long way. The old one I saw a big difference in my skin this one is like a big no no. If boots are reading this please bring the old one back
