pointless
1I bought this because I needed an eye make up remover and I had a £5 off voucher. I don't use mascara - just a khol eye pencil and the No 7 representative said this would be best for me. Although it doesn't sting and is unscented (both pluses), it can't even remove any of my eye make up. Even at £3.50 it's expensive because it doesn't do anything. I find myself having to rub away with it on a cotton pad to get it to remove even the faintest bit of eye pencil. Unfortunately I don't have my receipt because I would have returned it.

What other products can remove No.7 eye make up?
1I started using the version that contained the blue oil that you had to shake well to mix 10 years ago. This was the only make up remover that I found I could use with No. 7 eye make up. The oil free doesn’t ironically remove No.7 eye make up and now I can’t find the version with oil in the stores or online. There’s one online that looks the same as the oil free version so it’s confusing. Along with so many other customers I wasted money because the oil free product was recommended to me in the store when they had run out of my usual version. So now I’m going to stop using all No. 7 eye products, what other choice do I have? I don’t think Boots are reading any of these reviews as customers have been complaining for at least two years, but at least customers can help each other!

1Total waste of money! Hardly removed any mascara ,made my skin quite red under my eyes.Why was the product changed? The previous solution worked perfectly.

sore skin
1so I found this to be pretty good at removing my eye make up, however....... the skin under me eyes and on my lids is red raw!!! really really bad product!!!!

1Sad to say that this does not remove as well as the original version. Please bring it back.

Useless at removing make up
1I am so disappointed that a No7 product is so utterly useless. I expect better from the brand. I have used this to remove No7's own products - eyeliner, and sometimes mascara. I tend to put on my make up reasonably lightly, so there is not a lot for the remover to actually remove, but it continually fails to do its job. After 'removing' the make up before bed, I wake up with smudges under my eye, and try again. After a third try I can see the make up is still lingering there, and basically I don't feel cleansed at all. This is a waste of money, and I will revert to the Nivea Double Effect product which can be relied upon to work every time.

Perfect
5Been using this eye make up remover for years. Can recommend it to anybody. I still have the original container which had a pump and fortunately when they stopped providing a pump I keep the original container and transfer the contents of the one sold now into the original container with the pump.

Really useless
1I used to have the clear dark blue liquid remover and it was brilliant.It removed eye make-up and didn't irritate my eyes. This just doesn't work . I have got 2_bottles out of sets and I'm going to have to bin then and get something else. Very surprised and disappointed with No7 . Not much research on this product . Do not waste your money

Might as well use water
1It’s terrible. I usually use the one with oil (which is excellent) but they were out of stock so I tried this oil free one. It doesn’t remove the eye makeup. Don’t buy it. Waste of money.
