Eye makeup remover
1I brought this at Christmas for myself a gift set. This is totally rubbish doesn't even get waterproof eyeliner or long stay lipstick off . My daughter gave me some number 7 makeup remover called beautiful it's in a clear bottle with blue liquid and clear liquid it's great love it works wonders . Love it when you put it on your skin my skin feels so soft. Is this the one they have got rid of so bring it back and get rid of this rubbish.

disappointing
1Bought this to try as had previously used the No7 eye make-up remover you needed to shake to blend (2 blue liquid) which was quite good. This one is dreadful. Doesn't remove anything - leaves your mascara & eyeliner exactly as it was - on your eyes. Does remove eyeshadow after several goes(hence the one star). Wish I'd read the reviews before buying it as it would have saved me some money!

Rubbish
1This is awful. It just does not work and I actually made the skin around my eyes sore where I had to repeatedly rub in an attempt to remove mascara. I use No7 mascara so this isn’t even formulated to work on its own brand. Disappointed in you No7

Irritates after a using for a while! Avoid!!
1I posted a positive review of this product (see bottom of review page) as I was happy with this product when using the first bottle - but if I could delete that I would!! After using for a few days I noticed that the skin around my eyes was starting to get itchy and my eyelids were prickly. After a few weeks it was driving me mad so I stopped using this product and switched to another - the itching went away. I had a bottle left of the No 7 product and started using it again a few days ago... and the itching/prickling returned with a vengeance! it’s going in the bin and I’m never using it again! AVOID!!!!!

Complete waste of money
1This product is absolutely awful. It only removes about 30% of your eye make-up and after scrubbing away for what seems like an eternity, you're left with panda eyes and half of your bottom eyelashes missing. Steer clear of this product, complete waste of money!!

1Awful stuff. Water takes eye make up off better than this stuff. not what i expected for the money.

Awful replacement of a classic
1For many years I have used the previous version, which seems to have been discontinued. That would require a shake to mix the fluids.This version is absolutely useless, it does not remove anything and instead I am rubbing my eyes with the cotton pads and it has caused irritation. The fluid soaks into the cotton pad like water and is of no use at all. I will not be buying again. Such a disappointment- please bring the previous formula back.

Doesn’t actually fully remove eye makeup
1I tried this as an alternative to my usual no.7 one (also in a blue bottle) which you had to shake up to mix up the oil and other part. That previous one was excellent at removing eyeshadow, mascara and eyeliner. This one is rubbish. It does not remove eyeliner or mascara effectively, there’s still that awful smeared panda eye look after using it. I won’t be buying this again.

Gentle and effective
4I have very sensitive eyes and wear contact lenses. I’m always trying out different makeup removers and this is one of the better ones. It doesn’t sting or leave a resedue. I find that gently patting my closed eyelid then wiping downwards does the trick. I would have given it 5 stars but I have almost used a whole bottle in just a week and wish there was more in it so knocked a point off!!
