Melt the make up away
5I have tried so many different cleansers but this has now become my all time favourite! I normally always used an oil base because i tend to wear a heavy face of make up so oil breaks down cosmetics so much easier but i dont actually like the feel of oil on my skin. But this product is the perfect inbetween. Completely melts the make up away (including eye make up which probably isnt recommended but it also doesnt burn or sting my eyes.) a dupe to the clinique melt the day away but with half the price tag!

Great product
5I started using this in 2019 it's brilliant for my really dry skin and it always leaves my skin feeling really refreshed and clean and soft.

5Been using this for months now and I love it! I use it for my first/pre-cleanse in my skin routine and it literally melts the makeup away! A tiny bit of it goes a long way and it lasts for ages! Sooo good!

Great gentle deep cleansing balm
5I bought my first cleansing balm a few months ago and have since stocked up as I loved it so much. I have combination skin ( oily/dehydrated) and I wear full coverage makeup. I was finding it difficult to get a cleanser that could break down my foundation and heavy duty makeup but this did just the job. The balm massages so smoothly into the skin with little effort, you just need to lightly massage, no need to scrub. I apply it on dry at first as directed and then wet my hands and massage it into my skin for 1-2 minutes. I then run the muslin cloth that comes with it under warm water and use it to gently wipe away the balm. Instantly my skin is makeup free, feels smoother and looks brighter. I recommend this product to everyone now

Perfect for 1st cleanse
5Love this product for a first cleanse to remove make up/SPF and then I use the No7 wash off cleanser for the 2nd cleanse. Skin feels and looks so good when I use these 2 products in combination.

Melts away makeup
5I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it does an amazing job. It glides over you skin melting your makeup away. A must have product,.my skin feels so cleansed afterwards.

Smells like shoe polish after a while...
3I have used a couple of pots of this stuff. It cleans my face nicely without blocking pores and is pleasant to use. However the one criticism is the smell. Initially pleasant, after the pot has been open a while it is very much like shoe polish. So I won't buy it again.

Fabulous product and great value
5I’ve been using this for nearly two years now. I decided to switch from a cream cleanser to a wash off. My skin improved fairly quickly and it’s a pleasure to use, lightly fragranced and soft. I use eye make up remover first as I prefer to be gentle around my eyes. I stock up when offers are on for this and I can’t imagine I could buy a better balm at this price point.

My Favourite Cleanser
5I've been using this for around 6 months now (was previously using the Liz Earle cleanser but I found that I was going through it quickly and it is quite expensive) and I absolutely love this stuff! It removes makeup so easily and leaves the skin feeling so soft. I always use waterproof mascara and it takes it off with such ease. I usually use this as my first cleanse and then go in with a micellar water just to remove the traces of makeup around my eyes. I have quite dry/sensitive skin and I find it to be really gentle on the skin. Very affordable too and regularly on offer. There's also plenty of product in the pot so you definitely get your money's worth. Love this cleanser!
