Great for a first cleanse
4I bought this as an alternative to the Elemis cleansing balm as I had a voucher for No7 which I wanted to use up. Whilst it is not quite as luxurious as the Elemis one it does the job in removing my makeup and sunscreen in my first cleanse. I then follow up with the elf jelly cleanser to remove all residue. Good product for the price so recommend if you are on a budget, if you find the provided for muslin cloth too rough I recommend using a microfibre makeup removing cloth to remove the product.

No 7 have done it again!
4I've been using an expensive cleansing balm and wanted to find something cheaper without compromising on quality. This is lovely stuff - the results are great on my skin. It feels really clean and soft. I gave 4/5 because I think the pot could be filled a bit further, it's not going to last long.

I’m amazed!!!
5I was bought this as a birthday present having not used No7 skincare before. This balm is so gentle, tiny blob needed, rub over the whole face including eyes. It removes all traces of makeup and leaves skin very soft. It’s a godsend.....just try it!!!

Amazing product, completely transformed my skin
5I have been struggling with break outs and lots of small pimples all over my skin, particularly in the forehead area for the past couple of years. I suspected these were due to hormonal changes. I tried different face washes but my skin just felt very dry but still had the spots. I tried this no 7 balm and my skin is now completely clear, even the small pimples have gone which were the stubborn ones. I now suspect I have been over washing my face for the past couple of years which only made the problem worse. This product removes make up effortlessly and does not strip the skin. My cheeks are glowing with radiance and all the dry patches have gone. It's just a dream to use. It leaves a light layer of moisturiser behind but does not feel greasey or like a film. I prefer it to the clinique version I used previously and it's much more affordable!

superb gentle cleanser
4This is a very gentle cleanser that has a slight scent to it, but it is not a overpowering scent. This cleanser is a little bit pore blocking hench the 4*, I would definately buy it again though.

Fabulous product
5I bought this last week after running out of my usual Elemis pro collagen cleansing balm at £44.00 for 105 grams which I have used since it was launched and did not think I would ever be without, but I thought I would give this a go. Love it, love it, love it. It smells divine and leaves my skin really soft and moisturised. This will now be my go to cleanser and at a fraction of the price of my old one. Give it a go, I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Leaves a film on my face and made me break out
1I bought this because I ran out of my normal cleansing balm and wanted to try a slightly cheaper option that I could buy in store. This and a few others have taught me to stick to what I know works best. The first thing I didn't like about this balm was it left an oily film on my face, which isn't so bad if I was doing a double cleanse, but sometimes I want just the balm to get the job done. Secondly it gave me a bunch of small white heads, I'm not acne prone. It was so cheap I was hoping to be able to use it on my makeup sponges in place of my normal cleansing balm but it left the same film on them and only removed some of the makeup. If you're looking for a good reasonably priced cleansing balm this isn't it, I would recommend the banila co clean it zero.

Even better than expected
5I was looking for something to replace disposable face wipes to cut down on waste, and I'm so happy to have found this product! It's such good value for money, you only need a small amount and all makeup just dissolves, leaving soft, fresh skin. It comes with a muslin cloth so you have everything you need. My skin feels so soft afterwards, and I'm impressed it hasn't given my temperamental skin any breakouts, whilst leaving my dry cheeks feeling soothed. Highly recommend giving it a try. As a side note it would be nice to see more quality sustainable products from boots, such as reusable cotton pads, to add to their excellent No7 range.

Great Cleanser.
5Bought 2 weeks ago and have been using it every day as advised by the Boots Customer Service Advisor. I've been using it as a face wash and it's results are fantastic. I'm 6 months pregnant so my skin is changing due to hormonal changes and this product has helped. My skin is glowing and feels much softer and refreshed.

DEFINITELY ONLY FOR DRY SKIN
3I bought this as a possible alternative to my usual much more expensive cleansing balm. This balm smells lovely, but unfortunately has the texture and consistency of lard, and is extremely greasy on the skin. Many balms turn to a milky texture when water is added, but this balm stays very oily, and even after several wipes over with the cloth and fresh warm water my skin retains a residue of this product. This product is definitely only for people with dry skin, not for combination or oily skin.
