Amazing cleansing balm
5I found this balm about a month ago and love it so much. The texture is dreamy on my face. Its scent is delicate and refreshing in a subtle way. My skin loves it. Feeling cleansed, hydrated and clear. Loved it from first use. Beautiful product.

5Bought this to try when it was on offer. So happy I did, have since gone and bought several more as I can't imagine using anything else now. Will happily repurchase at full price. This balm has left my skin soft, clear (have not broken out since using), looking bright and healthy (I've been getting compliments) and has got rid of any dry and flaky patches. I also love that it can be used to remove even waterproof mascara without any eye irritation (normally I can't use anything around my eyes because of how sensitive they are). For anyone who is not sure what to expect I would say consistency is like solid coconut oil and it melts as you rub it in to the skin. Theres not a particularly strong smell to the product, a small amount of product goes a long way so 1 pot should last a long time and the cloth included was a bonus as well. Have been recommending to everyone who will listen.

Not for me
2I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and I really don't like it. It is so gloopy in the tub but melts to a greasy mess on your face - then you have to wipe it off with a wet muslin cloth (included). The cloth is very rough on my skin and although I am not sensitive to the actual ingredients in the product, the cloth leaves my skin sore so then when I put my No7 night cream on it stings. I have not noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin and the dryness is no better.

Great find
5Always used the hot cloth cleanser, as it was out of stock in my store though I'd try this, totally converted, you only need a little and it melts everything off in no time at all, leaves skin feeling soft and refreshed,

Great cleansing balm
5I have only used it once today but immediately after my skin felt so soft , felt like it all day and my pores were smaller when I put my make on, could not believe it, after one use so can't wait to see after one week.

5I really love this cleanser, I normally used Pixi duo cleanser but thought i'd try something a bit more affordable and it definitely does the job! It easily melts my makeup off (i wear heavy full face makeup) and leaves my skin smooth and soft. I have sensitive, dry acne prone skin and this has been very gentle but still being able to work into my pores without aggravating. A small amount of product goes along way, and skin isn't left greasy and clogged. I would recommend to anyone with sensitive and dry skin, who wears a fair amount of makeup or is trying budget a little bit more.

Made me break out!
1Bought this as a cheaper alternative to my Clinique cleansing balm using it for a first cleanse. It has made me completely break out. Seemingly it contains wax and can be difficult to cleanse off even with a second cleanse and subsequently it’s been blocking my pores. Not right for me unfortunately.

Brilliant
5Used this for the 1st time tonight and have really sensitive skin. Love it!!! Easy to use, hydrating left my skin feeling lovely.

Excellent value
5I don't normally use No 7 products, but bought this at the airport before a flight when I'd forgotten my usual cleanser. I am extremely impressed! It removes all make-up (including waterproof mascara) really well. I have very dry skin, but this is moisturising too. I wouldn't normally use a balm like this in the morning when I use a sonic brush, but is works really well. I may well ditch my usual (more expensive) cleanser.
