Broke me out in spots
2Overall: lovely texture!!! Perfect mix between balmy and oily and overall does a great job of removing makeup. However - my skin was at its peak before using this product, I had ran out of my beloved ultrabland facial cleanser from lush and wanted to try something different so opted for this - it broke me out in acne all over my face especially bad under my eyes and on my on my temples. This was the only new product I had incorporated into my routine which has stayed the same for months. I haven’t had acne for years so pretty gutted it’s come back and with such vengeance due to this product which seemed so gentle.

Excellent cleansing balm
5I was recommended this product by my local number 7 counter, I have combination skin. This balm is Brill I used to use face wipes but never again. The balm leaves my face feeling fresh and the cloth is easy to rinse out after use. It's changed the way I cleanse and made my skin look healthier.

Lovely product
5I have been looking at balms for a while and was torn between this one and Clinique. I went for No.7 in the end as I am a new mum who doesn't have much money! Plus I was able to use a £5 No.7 voucher in store. I have used it for a few days in the evenings and seems lovely so far. No breakouts and I love the smell. Feels great on my skin and doesn't feel dry afterwards. I was using a separate eye makeup remover and micellar water but am trying to cut down the amount of cotton wool pads that I am using. Would recommend and will buy again!

Amazing quality
5I bought this when it was on offer. Very easy to apply and my skin has been glowing since the very first use. My skin feels silky and fresh after every cleanse. A few friends have commented on how radiant i am looking lately and this has been the only change to my skincare regime.

Skin feels lovely after use
5I bought this as an alternative to my other more expensive cleansers and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It is not as greasy as I expected, it cleanses the skin well, plus the added bonus of leaving your skin feeling smooth and moisturised afterwards. I will definitely buy this cleanser again!

“What a surprise”
5Ran out of my usual expensive cleanser and was unable to get a delivery in time for my holidays. Popped into Boots for last minute bits and bobs when I saw this product on special offer. I purchased it on a whim thinking I would only use it short term- how wrong was I it is amazing. My skin loves it and so does my purse. If there was one tiny moan it would be please could you make the cleansing cloth larger.

Great for makeup
4I used to be a makeup wipe addict but I now know they aren’t great for the skin. This balm is great at getting off my makeup. I love long wearing products as I’m oily yet this balm still does a great job. Only issue is that it can’t be used round the eyes too much as it can leave a residue in my eyes. This doesn’t hurt make can make my vision a little blurred for 5 or so minutes. I am oily and spot prone and finds this helps balance my skin. Overall a good product.

Love the new improved balm
5I love the new solid balm. It's great for travel because it doesn't have any oily residue on the surface that could seep out into a toiletries bag. It has a pleasant smell but it isn't over-powering. Both the melting gel and balm are effective at removing any makeup or SPF, I tend to use the balm as a first cleanse when I've been wearing a lot of SPF or I feel I need a deeper clean. It's great for massage and melt very quickly, without making a mess in the bathroom. It's been great for my naturally oily skin.

The best makeup remover
5Love this product. Feels amazing on the skin and isn’t oily which I was worried about, removes all of my makeup and I do wear heavy makeup. A great cleanser

Better than Clinique
5I have now repurchased this 3 times. It is so much better than the Clinique one in terms of; price, making a difference to my skin and the lovely but light smell. Takes off all my waterproof brow pomade, mascara and heavy foundation and works a dream. I prefer to massage this into dry skin and then remove with a hot, damp towel (I didn’t care much for the cloth that came with this). Definitely worth it, hope it never gets discontinued because this is my go-to cleanser and I love it so much.
