Good product shame about packaging!
4This is a fab eye cream, its a great consistency & definately smoothes the eye area, will definately buy again. Only issue is the container, its hard to get the cream out if you have long nails without wasting the product. Would suggest to Boots a new style container or supplying a spatula!

Brill product, awful pot
3I have been using the Protect and Perfect range for a few weeks and I now understand what the fuss was all about! The appearance of my skin has improved in only a few weeks and the products are gentle enough for my very sensitive skin. The eye cream is no different but I have to say that the packaging is very disappointing.The tiny hole at the top of the pot makes access to the cream very difficult especially if you have long nails. I hope that Boots will read the reviews and improve on the packaging as they did with the Protect and Perfect serum.

great product let down by packaging
3i love the product but was surprised by the jars design its quite deep but without a small 'dipper' to remove and apply it with. i normally use estee lauders advanced eye repair but wanted to try this range to see what all the fuss was about..... the products in it do work extreemly well but the jar has put me off somewhat

Badly designed pot
3The cream is great and a nice thick consistency, however I cannot understand why they have produced a pot from which it is impossible to get the contents! The pot is too small to put your finger in to get the cream out. How ridiculous.

no7 deffinately not no1
1after reading all the great reviews i tried this cream, 2 months on and no difference what so ever. loreal is much more effective and wish i spent the cash on that instead.

A must have!!
5A great eye cream which doesn't feel heavy and gloopy like some of the others I've tried. Crows feet have softened and even stubborn lines I had under my eyes have really plumped up, although not completely disappeared (but I hope one day!!). Really pleased with results. The only downer is the pot it comes in, I was lucky to have a mini spatula at home, perhaps putting one in box would be nice idea?? All we need now is P & P cleanser & toner to complete routine - any plans Boots team??

Terrible pot.
4The eye cream is lovely. But the little pot it^s in is terrible. The opening is so narrow you just get a nail full of cream. Why did^t they put it in a small squeezable tube, like other eye creams are in.

It is really good!
5I've started using protect and perfect eye cream one week back. I can say it is a good product as an eye cream. I used so many creams with different and some are famous brands for that area, however, either it takes long time for other creams to be effective or there is no effect. The result is so clear and from the first few time of using it. I LIKE IT.

The wow factor
4I have been using this cream for 3 weeks now and can already see the results. It has brightened up my skin and my fine lines are fading. I have read nearly everyone elses review about the pot the cream comes in, yes I agree, the pot is disappointing. So I have resorted to a q-tip, it does the trick but would like this in a tube.

Eye eye!
4Very pleased with product, does what it says on the package, however as several other people have mentioned the package is not great. Unles you have very flexible fingers then it can be difficult to extract any. I have found turning the pot upside down helpful though!
