Burnt eyelids and around the eyes
1I’m fairly new to skin care and therefore, am not aware of any allergies I might have. After receiving this cream for Christmas, I thought I’d give it a whirl last night. After applying the cream, my face immediately began burning and so i tried to swill as much of the cream off as possible with water. I have woken up today with my right eye extremely puffy and with dry tight itchy skin around both eyes. I am terrified to apply moisturiser incase it starts stinging again!

😩 Hurt my eyes so much.
1I bought a rather expensive set of which this was included but gosh I wish I hadn’t!! All of those in the kit from obviously the same range have stung the heck out off of my face. 😩😿😿😿

Not for sensitive skin - be wary
1I bought this and used intermittently whilst my older (and cheaper and more soothing) eye cream was finishing. I had noticed a bit of redness on one upper eyelid, but thought it might be getting used to the active ingredients'. I as horrified when I came more consistent with using it twice daily (as recommended on the instructions) to try and tackle my dark circles. Over the last bank holiday weekend (just when no pharmacies or GP's are easily available) I used it for two days, twice a day and on the Bank holiday Monday morning woke up with my eye lids and under brow area so red, swollen and itchy I could hardly open my eyes. My partner said I looked like I had lizard eyes. I have spent the last week applying anti-histamine eyes drops and am now starting a GP's prescription of a week of steroid cream on my eyelids to try and reduce the red. flaky and itchy skin - My first experience of eczema in my life. Thank-you No7. I wont trust 'suitable for sensitive skin' labelling again. In fact I will be avoiding no7 for the foreseeable future. Do you know how I get a refund? - the product wasn't cheap.

1Used for five days and now can’t wear any make up or apply any cream as the product has burnt the skin under my eye. Left red skin irritation and lumps. Not good at all.
