Gentle for the eyes
4This eye cream is long lasting and has not made my eye area puffy or watery, unlike many. It masks dark shadows and helps laughter lines. You only need a tiny bit then dab around the area. It is gentle but not a miracle cure!

Good product, bad packaging
4I have always used Clinique eye products having sensitive skin around the eye area so was a little apprehensive about using a new product. However, after using No 7 P&P for the first time with no adverse reaction, am pleased so far. As I've only been using it for a few days it's too early to tell if its going to make any difference to my lines and bags, but I'm hopeful! Now for the packaging - HOW ON EARTH are you supposed to get to the product! What a ridiculous little pot, why not put it in a pot with straight sides and a wide top (like Clinique's eye cream). I had a free sample of the P&P night cream and day cream, both in similarly silly little pots and thought these were badly designed and just for the free samples, but obviously not. PLEASE, PLEASE Boots redesign these pots or I will have to reluctantly go back to Clinique. 4 stars so far for the product and none for the design of the pot. Would recommend to a friend but warn them about the pot!

Excellent product.
5The eye cream is excelllent and really does make a difference but the packaging is poor. Please put in a tube to make it user friendly.

no 7 protect and perfect
1Bought this on offer few months ago, feels lovely on skin but seemed to bring me out in little bumpy areas on my cheeks, When I looked at other (independant) review sites this seems to be very common - seems the smooth silky feeling which everyone loves is caused by sillicone which can block your pores. Skin much smoother since stopped using. Shame, because I love the concept!

Great eye cream, in a not so great pot
3I bought this eye cream a few weeks ago and whilst I am very happy with it and I would buy it again, I will only do it if they change the pot! It's so badly designed that you can't hardly get the cream out, half of it ends up under your nail and I have to keep mine upside down at all times to be able to reach the cream inside. Please change that pot. This is the reason why I am only giving this product 3 stars instead of 5.

Rotten packaging
1perfectly good product that you can't get at because of the worst designed pot ever. Who thought this up? Will not buy again until you have sorted this out.

New packaging please
5A fab product in a silly pot. you cannot get the product out properly. Please change the shape of the pot or put in a tube as suggested by others.

Protect and Perfect Eye Cream
1Lovely cream if you can get it out of the jar!. The neck of the jar is just too narrow and the pot too deep to get a (arthritic) finger to the bottom.

disappointing
1I would LOVE to have been able to use this product. The consultant told me it is hypo-allergenic but with one use my eyes were puffy, itchy and sore. I was so disappointed as I'm such a fan of the Intense Serum. The consultant was helpful (and surprised) and gave me my money back without question.

keep it in a tub!
4I disagree with other reviewers who say this should be in a tube! The pot is best as you can get every last scrap out of it, with a tube you always end up throwing a lot of product away as you just can't squeeze it all out! the product is great and works, so i want to be able to use every last drop of it!!
