Not great for dry skin
1I got this cream after seeing it mentioned in one of Lisa Eldridge's videos about circles under the eyes. My under eye area is EXTREMELY dry and we all know that Dryness under the eye = wrinkles! And also concealers go patchy and settle into my fine dry lines under the eyes, this cream didn't help at all. I bought this cream thinking it would be moisturising considering its "intense" but I was very disappointed with it. Used almost the entire tube and it did nothing for my extremely dry under eye skin especially the inner corner under eye area. This cream might be good for people that have oily skin but people with dry skin should steer away from this. I recently purchased another eye cream cream that really moisturised my under eye area in just a few days, but that cream costs about £40 which is a lot for an under eye cream but it works unlike this one! Would not be repurchasing again. Don't bother if you suffer from really dry skin!

Refreshing
5First off there's no way this product can make your bags worse, obviously looking at photos over a year period bags will appear worse because you age! This product isn't a miracle bag-remover, it reduces puffiness and redness and hydrates the skin around your eyes, which it does. I use this every night (not during the day-I prefer to use the gel) before moisturising the rest of face. I like how delicate it is on such a delicate area. I use it under my eyes, on my eyes, and on the top on my brow bone as I find it helps to smooth out my skin and reduce the appearance of 'hooded' eyelids. A great little facial number.

lovely product
4Been using this eye cream 3 weeks now, i can see the results , smooths out fine lines under my eyes, very pleased with this No7 eye cream.

Shambles
1I'm so so so upset and disappointed. I have been using this for over a year now, day and night I habitually would apply it delicately to my eyes, and it's only until this morning when I applied it again, that I realised, it's MAKING MY BAGS WORSE!!!!!! I've just gone through my pictures and my eyes bags have got WORSE over the year, presumably from using this cream. £18.00 WASTED! I don't think I'll ever get rid of my bags. I'm SO shocked at how many positive reviews there are - why hasn't it worked on me? :'( The packaging is fine, use your baby finger for Pete's sake!

Seems to do the job
4I have previously been using the Protect & Perfect eye cream which I have always found great - light and non-greasy. I was advised to try this as I'm older now and this is geared towards older skin. I was concerned that it would be too heavy but it doesn't feel much different to the other version of the product. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks so I'm not sure if things are much different than before but it does help to minimize puffiness, bags and wrinkles. If I forget to use it for a few days then I seem to get a lot of comments that I look tired so it does improve things.

bliss for my sensitive eyes
5I've been searching for about a decade for an eye cream which will actually moisturise the eye area (gels just don't cut it when you are in your fifties) but won't seep into my eyes making them red and sore...not the look I've ever been aiming for but seem to have landed up with SO often. Then I tried this. It sinks straight in and even when I've gone a bit mad and patted way beyond the eye socket it hasn't made my eyes sore. After 6 weeks I'm also noticing a definitely fresher look, dark circles diminished, bags packing up and even some (only a little, but anything's welcome) reduction in wrinkles. I love, love, love this product. My only gripe is the lid, which is difficult to undo especially if you have any cream on your hands.....a flip top lid would make it a perfect 10...or even an 11!

I am so disappointed
1I have been looking for ages for a good eye cream and after seeing the great reviews on here I decided to invest in this one. I have sensitive skin and the cream seemed to react really badly with me. I have been left with red, dry patches under both my eyes and the fine lines seem to have been emphasised even more. My skin has gone very flaky and although I stopped using it a week ago there doesnt seem to be any sign of improvement.

Pleasantly suprised
5I bought this to replace the Dermalogica Total Eye Care that I've been using for the last year and was impressed from the first time I used it. Dark shadows, puffy skin and tired looking skin all gone and no need to use concealer. Easily absorbed and doesn't make my eyes sting. I've never been too convinced about the claims of improving lines and wrinkles but after 3 weeks of use I do think they are softer.

4Love the product but like most of your reviewers, the pot is rediculous, please Boots change this - pot is fine over tube but certainly wider neck is needed.

this really does protect and perfect
5i bought this cream with the no7.voucher after readingg the reviews.I really do have to say it does work.the lines around my eyes are noticeably finer and the skin much softer.I have used it every night for 4 weeks now,its so soft and feels lovely,im 56 years old so if it makes a big difference to my skin im sure it will for others, please give it a go it does work.!
