Irritated my eyes
1Having used the Protect and Perfect moisturiser for a few years I thought I'd try the eye cream but sadly it's not for me, it made the skin under my eye sting and swell up and made my eyes water. As I result I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone with sensitive eyes.

Good eyecream but ...
3I really liked this eye cream to start off with as it made my eyes less puffy and got rid of my dark circles which was great. However a few weeks after using it, it started to really irritate my eyes. I stopped using it for a week and my eyes were fine, tried using it again and it irritated them again so have given up now. It made my under eyes really sore, tight and gave a burning sensation. I have no idea why as it was fine initially and I hadn't changed anything. I did notice that it made a difference to my under eyes so it does work. I have sensitive, dry skin so maybe its not best suited to those skin types either that or something in it disagreed with me. Something to bear in mind if you have sensitive skin.

Tried loads, this is my fave!
4I suffer from terrible dark circles under my eyes and also have some lines, my eyes are the only thing which make me look my age (30) as my skin overall is pretty good. I need an eye cream which doesn't make my skin feel tight under my eyes and works well under concealer, as I do need to layer on quite a bit of concealer to hide my circles! This cream is great, its hydrating but not greasy, and I don't find that my concealer sinks into my lines after a few hours either! I think its really reasonably priced (I've spent more than double on eye cream in the past) and also very effective. I do think there has been a slight reduction in the deepness of my lines and I've only been using it for a month so far. I personally don't find you need more than a blob slightly larger than a grain of rice (and this is generally the amount recommended for your eyes) so this product will last months, if not a year if used properly!

unsatisfactory
1I cannot recommend this product; I have very sensitive skin and found this product irritated my skin. In defense of Boots products I have yet to find an eye cream that does not irritate my skin.

Small but mighty!
5I was hesitant to buy this product at first as it is quite small but it is amazing! You only need a pea size amount and works wonders, lovely product and leaves the skin feeling as soft as silk

Good value for money
5The protect and perfect range really does make a difference to your skin; it is a tad expensive but worth it.

Good, not great.
4I use this daily with other number seven products. I find it is ok, though it is a bit sticky/tacky and takes a while to absorb. I do not generally wear eyeshadow but I imagine it would be annoying if you did. I have noticed some improvement in my wrinkles and I agree with other reviewers that it is good for morning puffiness and dark circles. Though I think this is overall a good product, I may look at other options-from No 7 still however-when this runs out, as I get really great results with No 7 serums and general facial moisturizers, and hope another product may work better for me.

bright eyes
5I have been using no. 7 eye cream and was pleased with it . But time marches on. Had some health issues which show in my face especially around my eyes(puffy and baggy),so I made the jump to Protect and Perfect intense. So glad that I did. Myeyelids are greasey in a very dry face but this is just perfect. It leaves my eye area nourished but matt. I am very pleased.
