Protect and Perfect Day Cream
5Yes - I love this product, but it does have retinol in it - according to a stick-on label on the lid - which is fine, but there is a note about using the product the week prior to and after sun exposure. Can you confirm the ingredients please.

No7 Protect and Perfect Day Cream
4I am very pleased and surprised by this face cream I had been using a more expensive brand for years until they stopped putting an spf factor into the day cream. I have fair skin that is not good with too much sun so the SPF factor is essential to me. A very nice lady in boots persuaded me to try this and I am hooked. I am in my forties with very dry skin, I use the serum first then the day cream and my skin looks and feels so much softer. My only suggestion would be to lose the glass jars and put the product into a pump action plastic jar. I travel quite a lot and taking a glass jar on trips is a real pain.

Best face cream ever!
5I love this. I have oily in the T zone, blemish prone 32 year old skin and I find this the best face cream ever. I have had so many complements on my skin since I have been using this and find it a great base for make-up. I find it makes my skin glow but keeps it from being too oily at the same time.

Good Product
3I like this moisturiser but it is very heavy and makes my skin feel congested and look shiny. Gives good softness though.

Best face cream ever
5I have been buying this facial moisturser for a while now after trying various brands previously. It is one of the only moisturisers that does not leave my skin shiny and oily looking and yet is beautifully moisturisng, light, pleasantly fragranced and is a great base under foundation. My skin looks and feels better after using this cream. The added SPF is essential for my freckled almost forty year old complexion! Don't let the price put you off it's worth every penny !

5I really like this day cream,it would be nice if all your no7 creams were put in a pump just like your hot cloth cleanser,just a thought.Makes my skin lovely and soft.

It’s the same formula guys!
5I was really nervous about purchasing this as I’d read so many reviews saying the formula has changed. I have really sensitive skin that is super dry. I spent thousands over the years trying to get a cream that leaves my skin hydrated and doesn’t lead to a flare up of contact dermatitis before finding P&P day and night cream. I can confirm the formula is exactly the same as it was before the packaging upgrade. Everything about it is the same. It leaves my skin lovely and soft and my overall complexion is brighter. I honestly cannot praise No7 enough for this product range as it has boosted my confidence and I can finally last the whole day without wanting to claw my skin off from irritation.

Silky skin in a jar
5I just love this cream ( I also use the night cream) it glides on silky smooth, leaving my skin feeling nourished. A little goes a long way. I personally think it’s great value for money as it does as good a job as the more expensive brands that I’ve tried. I’m now sticking to No7 for my day and night cream. Highly recommend

Unattractive new packaging
2I've used Protect & Perfect Advanced Day and Night creams for years. Great product but new jar design so disppointing. Jars are too heavy and they look cheap and naff. If the change from the old plastic jars was to make them more recyclable, great - but surely the design could have been better, especially at this price point? And how about introducing in-store recycling boxes for non standard packaging - eg via Terracycle Zero Waste boxes??

Lovely jar, average day cream
3Well done Boots for switching to glass jars! I don't understand the other reviews that take issue with the 'look' of a jar. In my eyes it feels more luxurious than plastic and is (most importantly) better for the planet. As for the cream - I've found that it's a little bit greasy/suncream feeling on my face. Obviously having sun protection is important, but it doesn't feel like a nice day cream to me, just a nice suncream. Factor 15 isn't super high. I'm going to buy myself mattifying suncream and a lightweight day cream from elsewhere, but will still use the Night cream of this as that's lovely.
