Day cream
4I love these products have all of the no7 protect and perfect range. Have been using them for years. I was about to hop on and buy day and night cream and retinol (to top up what I already have) and I actually scrolled by the day cream jar. It looks like a tub of vaseline, why on earth change the glass jar. It's horrible looking ....

Less product in new packaging
1So disappointed. I’ve gone through two pots quicker than I did with using just one of the old pots. I feel the formula has changed a little too. Why have you fiddled with it?! The product was fine as it was. Now have to find another product as it’s too expensive to keep buying and it’s definitely not the same as it was

Wonderful cream
1Why have I given it one star when it’s wonderful cream. Because I’ve been using the matching day and night cream for years and they sit on my dressing table. Why have you now given the day cream an absolutely hideous cheap looking jar. I will not now buy.

Very good
4This product I’ve used for 6 years now. It’s honestly really good and u don’t need loads of it so it’s worth the price. I find it works even better if u use the hydration oil with it as my skin can get very dry over winter. Overall it’s a brilliant moisturizer and protects skin.

Review of the new packaging
2I feel they increased the weight of the can and reduced its content. I ordered 2 of this night cream and they came in the new packaging. The cream is not full like the old packaging but the bottle is very heavy. We need more content not heavy bottle.

New formula?
1I’ve used this product for years and when I last ordered it came in a different jar. I had no issues with the change of container, and assumed it was the same product. However after a few weeks I noticed that my skin had started to feel slightly chapped in some areas. My skin now looks quite dull and it’s also a struggle to apply make up over the top, as foundation does not sit well on the skin. Very disappointed and on the hunt for a new moisturiser!

5Absolutely LOVE the move from plastic to glass packaging; so much better for the environment! All the more reason to use / continue to use this delightful product :-)

Great new packaging
5Love the new packaging which is fully recyclable. Good to see Boots are taking a conscientious approach in spite of some negative reviews from people who are clearly more concerned about how it looks than protecting the planet! I think glass is a lot more classy than plastic any day. Well done Boots, let’s have more of the same.
